Cain: Are you sane?
Crowley: With the proper chemical assistance, sure. *Ahem*. No one expects the Raaaaacist Inquisition! Our number one weapon is social justice and guilt. Two! Two main weapons are social justice, guilt, and a little hand-up from the government. I’m not sure who was handling your case, Mr. Cain, but you have to admit that, without the government on your side, and a bit of media cheerleading, you’d still be delivering pizza in a ‘hope tie’?
Cain: That’s a hooptie, and, no, your mind is polluted.
Crowley: [sobbing] But you can’t become independent, Mr. Cain! It there isn’t a large, captive base of voters to keep big government programs in place, then propaganda jobs like mine will vanish!
Cain: I’m sorry, Ms. Crowley, but economic truth, like sobriety, can only be avoided for so long by those staying drunk on other peoples’ money.

I didn’t see that, but I did see the joint Cain and Gingrich appearance on Face The Nation. Bob Schieffer that old fucking senile fool actually asked Cain, about his 9-9-9 plan, about the poor paying 9% sales tales “do you really think that’s fair”? The saccharine, vomit inducing way he asked it made me want to punch my television screen. That old closet fag actually had a tear at the corner of one eye. I’m serious, that old jackass was about to cry, probably because a black man who had achieved success in the capitalist system was such a staunch conservative, and had the temerity to actually express and promote his views. God damn I thought CBS was trying to get back to their old days of allegedly hard-hitting news and “objective” journalism. Bullshit, if they’re serious about that, they need to clean house, beginning with this senile old fuck. But of course they couldn’t be serious about getting back to a way they never were.

In just another example of this BS approach, RSM reported that firedoglake was going batsh*t crazy over the American Spectator kid who was in on the seige of the Air and Space Museum, I pulled out of a CBS report this morning a diarist from Kos that was noted as “one of the more prominent voices” of the #Occupy[yourcity here] movement in NYC…and of course, they didn’t identify him as a Kos Kid in the report…

Candy Crowley was a wee bit ignorant, but maybe she was hoping to get some free pizza after the interview.

I thought Hermain Cain was great with her in sticking to his message and explaining thinks to her like you would with a dense but sincere child.

He makes me sick to my stomach. If you ever get a chance, try to find a video of that interview, if you look close enough you should see the tear at the corner of one eye. What kind of newsman is that? If it weren’t for Cain being on that piece of shit show I wouldn’t have watched it and probably shouldn’t have.

Candy is just another one of Hugh Hewitt’s leftie guests on his radio show. Hewitt just doesn’t get it. EJ and Alderman and Crowley all go back to their leftie circle jerks and laugh down their sleeves at Hewitt for buying their “level headedness”

Thanks. You probably recognize the symptoms of Schieffer’s megalomania the same as I do. He’s one of these traditional doddering old fools who make up what amounts to a modern day cult. These guys walk around like they’re some kind of priestly caste who’s opinion matters about shit, while claiming to be objective journalists.

Uh Oh how long has this been going on? I admit to not knowing anything about Hewitt, but if this is a recent development it could be a sign he’s come down with the Red State Virus. It enters through the cerebral cortex and affects the judgment center of the brain. Left unattended it causes one to relapse into a rather mainstream mediocrity. Complete loss of integrity quickly follows in most cases.
