Destroying America is a difficult task, but Harvard University is determined to do its best. Donald Douglas at American Power highlights the mind-boggling tale of how two feminists — Drew Gilpin Faust, Harvard’s first female president, and Frances Frei, senior associate dean — have wrecked Harvard Business School in the name of “equality”:

As faculty members pointed out, the more exquisitely gender-sensitive the school environment became, the less resemblance it bore to the real business world.

    And so the professional schools like Business and Law go the way of the humanities/liberal arts and education. That is, the “agenda” becomes more important than the skills necessary to practice the profession.

    Larry Summers was ousted from Harvard in 2006 for trying to ascertain why more women don’t go into engineering disciplines.
    But he was a man, so he and Harvard deserved what it got.

    I work with Harvard lawyers. They make good computer science clerks so long as you leave a mirror in their cubicle so they can impress themselves. And with training they can make a run to Starbucks in no time. Sucks to be credentialed and have no job unlike the slacker loser with a certificate from ITT Tech.

    As a Business School undergrad who is uncertain about possibly getting an MBA, I just have to say that at the highest levels, find what you’re getting into, and understand the risks.

    Douglas starts off by claiming Faust booted ROTC off campus when in fact she welcomed ROTC back on.

    Nonetheless, Harvard Business School belongs to Harvard so if Harvard wants to wreck it, if that’s what they are doing, who is anyone else to complain?
