Rachel Carson-Zerbe Publishes Her #FreeKate ‘Jailbait Manifesto’

That’s what Matt Ross at Conservative Hideout calls it, anyway, and it’s pretty scary stuff. Rachel Carson-Zerbe has been one of the most obsessed supporters of accused sex offender Kaitlyn Hunt, and keeps harping on the “but they’re in love” argument and pretending to know what’s best for the underage girl in the case, as opposed to the girl’s “parents whose religiosity and bigoted views” she blames for breaking up this “high school romance . . . first love” — i.e., a 14-year-old having sex with a dildo-wielding tattoo-covered 18-year-old lesbian.

Since the exposure of Kaitlyn Hunt’s repeated violations of the “no contact” order sent her to jail to await trial, the “Free Kate” movement has dwindled until all that remains is a devoted hard core following — the most deranged anti-social personalities and deviant freaks.

Is there an argument to be made for leniency in this case? Perhaps, but the prosecutor offered two different plea deals and Kaitlyn rejected them both, evidently believing she could manipulate the younger girl to prevent her from testifying truthfully in court. After disregarding the court-ordered terms of her pretrial release, Hunt has already been charged with sending sex photos and videos to a minor,  the evidence of which is “overwhelming.” Now she’s in the Indian River County Jail, and it’s difficult to imagine how she’ll avoid a sentence in prison.

SHE SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THE PLEA BARGAIN.

How much more clearly can I say this? And why can’t the “Free Kate” fanatics like Rachel Carson-Zerbe seem to understand it?

    Rachael claims to have been sexually abused as a child. Her behavior strikes me as having a hysterical edge to it, as if THIS story is different because it just HAS to be. She acts as though she is one of the people in this grand love story, and disregards inconvenient facts that would burst her bubble, such as Kate’s new girlfriend. She appears to have trouble drawing appropriate boundaries regarding certain issues; for example, she is a mother of 2 boys, I believe, and she tweets that they think she is “hot.”. She also tweets about texting her husband for “nooners.”. There is something shrill and desperate about her efforts to come across as a free spirit with no sexual issues.

    The woman has some sort of Personality Disorder. It is quite pathological how over identified she has become with Kaitlyn Hunt and the story of “passionate” love between an minor and an adult. It is really really creepy, And note who she demonize Christians and anyone how has a normal healthy understanding of childhood innocence and why it needs to be protected

    You just have to love the depths of insanity it takes to attempt to use the Constitution as a shield… while ignoring all the other laws on the books dealing with statutory rape.

    If you believe in the Constitution at all, you can only view it as the ultimate reinforcement of all the law, even the ones you do not like or agree with.

    What do I know? I am the only one giving voice to the fact we should put down rabid humans just like we do with rabid dogs. If you cannot or will not abide by the laws on the books dealing with crimes like rape, et al., and you cannot convince the majority of the voters to change them, then we should put you down. Period. End of Story. Full stop.

    What is worth more? One rabid criminal, or the wake of victims the criminal surely will create if given a chance?

    I get the impression that nobody really cares for the primary actors in this little event: certainly not the victim, nor really Ms. Hunt either. I think the parents are trying to make money off of her (rather ghoulish) and I think the protesters are merely concerned with whatever ideology/cause they want to promote.
    What happens to the individual people is less than an afterthought.

    I think there is perhaps a case to be made for getting Ms. Hunt some psychological help (she appears to be quite a troubled young woman), and definitely some help for her victim.
    But I don’t believe she needs to be given leniency (in fact, I think that would be the worst thing to do).

    It’s almost like the victim was bullied into it. A bathroom stall, In the middle of class with other girls present? Who would allow that except someone afraid? Kaitlyn Hunt needs to be gone for a long time and thereafter a registered sex offender for life.
