We scarcely need wonder where the criminal pervert gets her lawless irresponsible attitude, eh? Kelley Hunt Smith on Facebook:

Tomorrow at 11am Kate will accept the State’s plea offer that was given this week. It’s been a long, painful 8 months but after much prayer and counsel Kate has decided to take the plea offer. It’s not right, it’s not fair and it’s not just but gives her her life back, which is all she wants. . . . We won’t stop! We will also continue to fight for equal rights for LGBT’s, and gather support for LGBT teens. Kate may have somewhat lost this battle but she will never lose the war!!!!

Her daughter is accepting this deal, which is really rather lenient considering all the aggravating circumstances, but Kelley Hunt Smith continues ranting about the wrongness, unfairness and injustice of the prosecution. What a pathetic excuse for an adult . . .

While I don’t know, of course, I would surmise that this deal was vetted with the victim’s parents. Given their actions early in this process in speaking directly with Ms. Hunt twice only going to the authorities when that didn’t work, my guess is they’re not out for a head on a pole. Most likely, they’d like to see this over as well so that their daughter can get whatever help she needs in peace. The problem is whether the Hunts and their minions will leave them alone.

I’ll say May 1, 2014 she’ll finally be caught in a probation violation, only because it’ll take her that long to figure out a way to contact her victim that she thinks won’t get her caught.

I seem to recall that Marcia Lewinsky’s sister was mixed up in all her hobnobbing. If Kaitlyn Hunt is fortunate, Kelley Smith or Steven Hunt have a sister who knows how to live and can teach it to her niece. (The grand-parents on both sides appear to have had their failures in this regard).

If she is still under the age of consent, the boy should be prosecuted. In fact, boys/men have been prosecuted for statutory rape many times, so now the LGBT community is getting treated equally, and they don’t like it. They want to be SPECIAL.

I realize that given the context of Kaitlyn Hunt, that this might be missed, but “dating” does not mean sex, much less molestation.
It’s a good lesson for our victim to learn, let’s hope it’s the case.

Why not?

Did she, or did she not repeat criminal activity she knew was wrong?

Did she, or did she not, initiate new criminal activity she knew was wrong after being arrested and bailed out of jail?

There’s not three sides to this story.

Kaitlyn Hunt is a criminal, a predator, and a repeat offender. Sadly, the criminal justice system isn’t going to make sure she’s dealt with in a correct and appropriate manner. (But I have faith that she’ll screw up, sadly, I have faith they’ll fail to hold her accountable – again.)

What other 2 “sides” are there? There’s the facts in evidence, and they utterly condemn Kaitlyn Hunt.

And the “little girl” is now 15, not 14, a year older than when Kate started on her, and the boy is the same age now that Kate was then. So the age difference is a year less than with Kate.
Also, girls tend to mature emotionally before boys, so an 18yo boy is closer to a 15yo girl than an 18yo girl is to a 14yo girl.
And if they aren’t having sex, dating is just fine, moral, and (most importantly in this case) legal.
And that’s assuming that the dating story is true. Have we heard it from anywhere except the #FreeKate crowd?
