This was posted at John Hoge’s Hogewash blog and I don’t know who deserves credit for the production, but it is an excellent summary of the fundamental strategic error in Brett Kimberlin’s latest lawfare:
By the way, BomberSuesBloggers.com announced yesterday it met its first fundraising goal of $2,000 to assist the five defendants in the Maryland Kimberlin v. Walker, et al., lawsuit, and also has sent its first check to an attorney for one of the defendants. This is an important case for Internet free speech rights. Thanks to all who have given so far, and I urge everyone to do what they can to help keep up the momentum against Kimberlin and his “unsavory” operatives.
Yes, among other things he’s suing us for calling his operatives “unsavory.” While we expect that our lawyers can get the case dismissed in the preliminary stages, one smiles at the prospect of a trial, where Kimberlin’s “excellent friend” Bill Schmalfeldt is asked to read aloud his perverse “Butt Stuff” rantings that got him banned from Daily Kos.
