Internet ‘Porn Diva,’ 19, Arrested for Bisexual Video Orgy With Girls 12, 13, 14

Posted on | June 24, 2014 | 104 Comments

The police affidavit in this case is astonishing: Bianca Byndloss, 19, and her co-defendants Christian Hernandez, 19, and Brian Yanes, 18, engaged in a May 25 orgy with three girls ages 12, 13 and 14. All are charged with multiple felonies and it looks like an open-and-shut case because all three suspects and also the victims “recorded the sex acts with their cell phones,” to quote the June 18 affidavit for Hernandez’s arrest.

The affidavit states that Hernandez had sex with the 12-year-old, and that his cell phone contained videos of the 13-year-old performing oral sex on the 12-year-old, as well as a video of the 12-year-old “digitally penetrating [Byndloss’s] vagina.” Meanwhile, according to the affidavit, the 14-year-old’s cell phone contained video of Hernandez “digitally penetrating” the 12-year-old, as well as three other “videos depicting the co-defendants and victims engaged in sexual acts, while [Hernandez] is sitting on the bed.”

Byndloss had used the Twitter account @bibiMiami (now deleted) to promote herself as an “up-and-cumming [sic] porn diva” online. The Miami Herald reports her background:

Byndloss has two previous brushes with the law. In 2013, police arrested her on charges of burglary and petty theft, a case that was quickly dropped. In January, she was charged with misdemeanor battery, a case that was also dropped.

So as soon as she turned 18, Byndloss started racking up an arrest record and, although both those previous charges were dropped, now we find her charged with serious felonies — three counts of lewd and lascivious battery on a minor and promoting sexual performance of a child — in a case where the police say they have overwhelming evidence against her. There is no reason, given the nature of the crimes and the clear evidence of guilt, for the prosecutor to show leniency or to offer a plea bargain. And if you’re Byndloss’s lawyer, there’s no way you want a case like this to go to a jury trial.

Yet, according to the Smoking Gun, Byndloss popped up on Twitter after she made bail Friday and, before she deleted her account, she tweeted out such stupid sentiments as “fun leads to trouble just live and learn” and “I love my career i hope this doesn’t interfere with my dreams but only time will tell.”

Bibi, sweetheart: You’re going to prison.

After you get out of prison — maybe by the time you’re 30, or maybe not — you will be required to register as a sex offender. And as for your “career” . . . Well, have you seen Orange Is the New Black?

We should additionally note that (a) Byndloss is the same age as Duke University porn star Miriam Weeks/”Belle Knox” and (b) this depraved crime occurred in Florida, which is also home to such infamous perverts as the fugitive boy-molester Denise Harvey, convicted girl-molester Nichol Marie Phelps, gay teen porn star Robert Marucci and, most notoriously, teen lesbian sex offender Kaitlyn Hunt.

It’s the same old libertarian line: The last libertarian you talked to (who said something completely stupid) “is not a real libertarian.” So now you have to hear someone tell you what libertarianism REALLY means”… and then HE’LL be labeled as “not a real libertarian” by the next one you talk to.

    It gets old fast.

There may be a difference, but I wouldn’t call it a big difference.

    No, it doesn’t.

First, lesbians aren’t male and aren’t banging boys.

Second, most homosexual men aren’t banging boys either.

Should I judge all Republicans by the actions of John Boehner? Should I judge RSM by the actions of his cousin John, just because they both happen to be named McCain? Should I judge my friends three streets over by what you say they are?

    Choose your answer carefully.

You believe they have a position that there shall be no age of consent. OK, how about a citation? A link to some source for your claim would be greatly appreciated. I don’t know of any mainstream Libertarian group that wants it to be legal for adults to have sex with a 4 year old, for example. Unless, of course, your idea of a mainstream Libertarian group is NAMBLA.

    But I don’t.

Look, I could waste a lot of time explaining how non-mainstream groups attract more than their fair share of kooks, criminals, and predators simply because they are outside the mainstream and good camouflage. But that isn’t really the issue here.

The thread started talking about a woman raping children. Then libertarians got thrown in. Then homosexuals. For all I know it may be dairy farmers next.

Statistics show that the vast majority of auto accidents are caused by people over 14. Therefore, we should keep everyone 16 and over from driving.

Statistics show that the overwhelming majority of armed robberies in the U.S. are committed by those wearing shoes and pants. Therefore we should ban people from wearing both shoes and pants at the same time.

Statistics show that almost all rapes are committed by men. Therefore, all men should be imprisoned.

    Should I go on?

  39. NeoWayland

Ah, so if someone points out how your game is manipulative and uses it against you, you call them a fool.

    Good to know.

  40. Dana
    June 25th, 2014 @ 4:23 pm

[guffaws!] You try to make comparisons using restricted groups (people under 16 can’t get driver’s licenses) and groups which are unremarkable (people who aren’t naked) versus groups which are specifically divided by their sexuality, and you call my game “manipulative?” Sorry, but that won’t fly under any test of logic.

We were talking about sexual abuse, and my comparison was to groups separated by their sexual orientation; those things are related, and are reasonable for comparison. And you, too, would say that they were reasonably comparative, if the statistics supported your (apparent) claim that being homosexual vis a vis normal has no relationship at all to child sexual abuse. You don’t like the comparisons because the statistics do indicate that a significantly greater percentage of molesters are homosexual than their percentage of the total population.

Facts are simply facts, and if you are going to ignore them, to try to make an unsupportable point, then the word “fool” does seem appropriate.

  41. NeoWayland
    June 25th, 2014 @ 5:50 pm

    …restricted groups…

    Curious choice of phrasing there.

Okay, here’s the NeoNotes™ version. In three parts.

  42. NeoWayland
    June 25th, 2014 @ 5:51 pm

Part the First — Labels don’t define people, labels describe people. Just because one Democrat orthodontist Mets fan beats his wife and kids does’t mean that all Democrats do. Or all orthodontists do. Or all Mets fans do.

    It means one person does.

Until you can show that ALL individuals within a group are equally guilty of all crimes, then you can’t link group membership to the crime.

  43. NeoWayland
    June 25th, 2014 @ 5:56 pm

Part the Second — No matter how much you disapprove of someone’s behavior and personal life, if it’s not against the law it’s none of your business.

    Remember that last bit.

    It’s none of your business

Make it a your business for whatever reason, and you open yourself up to people poking in yours.

  44. NeoWayland
    June 25th, 2014 @ 6:10 pm

Part the Third — There are limited times ANYTHING should be against the law.

If it doesn’t threaten another’s person or property, then it probably shouldn’t be a law.

Just because your religion says it’s not right doesn’t mean it should be illegal. Unless you want to be controlled by another’s religion.

I think we should compromise and at least try to protect children.

Anything else should be hands off.

  45. Dana
    June 25th, 2014 @ 9:00 pm

That’s just it: we are talking about behavior that is against the law, and most certainly is the public’s business.

  46. Dana
    June 25th, 2014 @ 9:02 pm

Ridiculous. Not every smoker will get lung cancer, but smokers get lung cancer at significantly higher rates than non-smokers, and we have no problem at all stating that smoking often leads to lung cancer.

With homosexuals, not all of them sexually molest children, but the statistics demonstrate that a significantly higher percentage of them do.

The fact is that John Boehner does represent a lot of Republicans, as does John McCain. Keep in mind what offices they hold and how they go there. So if you want to make a point, you have missed the mark. And while I respect your vigorous defense of Libertarianism, you seem to misunderstand human
nature, as I suspect do most Libertarians.

Men and women are not inherently good. That’s why I’m a conservative. Because what people do in the privacy of their homes and bedrooms is partly the result of what they see their friends and neighbors do. And our friends and neighbors are right there in that box called a TV set or computer monitor. Our social interactions with other people are taught, from infancy. That’s why cannibals have a taste for other people and why people go to war. It’s why babies born to unmarried women is now the norm when a generation ago it was not. Seen in isolation, simply as a fact, what’s wrong with a woman of childbearing
age having a baby? And does a piece of paper make a difference? And having children out of wedlock is as old as humanity. But then don’t tell me about the effect of lots of youth roaming the street, lacking either old-fashioned restraint against violence or an example of what we used to call the work ethic.
At that point, instead of having a society that inhibits the natural
tendency of men to get what they want when they want, we end up with the police, not as the last line of defense against violence but the first, replacing the family, the neighborhood, the church and the culture.

John McCain happens to be a Senator from my state. I’ve not called him “mine” since at least the Keating Five scandal and I have actively worked against him for decades. He is not a good man and he misuses his office. When called on it, he hides behind his war record.

When politicos abuse the office, they betray your trust and break the system.

It’s not Libertarianism (capital L) I am defending, it’s liberty with responsibility. The two go hand in hand.

I do not think that it is the role of society to inhibit men. That means that you will always be enslaved to the desires and weaknesses of your neighbor.

  49. NeoWayland
    June 26th, 2014 @ 8:49 am

“The word is not the thing.” “The map is not the territory.” The person is not the label.

Not all cancer victims smoke. Not all people wearing pants commit armed robbery. Not all American males like football.

You do not control or define people by slapping a on a label.

  50. NeoWayland
    June 26th, 2014 @ 8:52 am

    Depends on the behavior.

Molesting kids, that is against the law and I accept that law as a workable compromise.

Laws against what consenting adults do, well, that is bad law. I don’t care if it’s a home brewery, scrapbooking, or sex, it’s none of your business.

    See Part the Third.

The law has no virtue because it is law.
