Ferguson Seen As Reverend Al Sharpton’s Racism Industrial Complex Checking In

Saint Louis resident Kevin Jackson weighs in:

Instapundit offers some further analysis:

It’s about the base. And it’s not about the Democratic Party’s base, but about certain leaders’ base within the Democratic Party. This may be best understood as an intra-party struggle. Obama is the champion of the urban-black wing of the party, and because of him that wing has been on top. But his star is fading, black voters are beginning to realize that they haven’t benefited economically, and the next Dem nominee — whether it’s Hillary Clinton, Jim Webb, or Elizabeth Warren — will be from the white gentry-liberal wing of the Democratic Party. The riots, the marches, the traffic-blocking are a way of telling them that the Sharpton wing is still a force to be reckoned with, and to improve its bargaining power between now and 2016.

As usual, Insty’s analysis is more plausible than my own theory: that #OccupyResoluteDesk wants to foment chaos in order to move toward martial law.

The need to manage the competing bases within the Democrat Party adds a new angle to Missiouri Lt. Governor (and Republican) Peter Kinder’s claim about the National Guard getting a stand-down order from Democrat Governor Nixon, rather than do the logical thing and protect private property in Ferguson. Going in and calibrating the Racism Industrial Complex shock troops would be seen as the gentry “plantation owner” wing of the Democrat Party going after the plantation inhabitants so crucial at election time.

Niger Innis also sees Ferguson as a backfiring strategy:

“What happens when the circus, and I define the circus as the paid protesters, the anarchists, the activists, the card-carrying zealots that are out there, the Occupy Wall Street crowd that has come into Ferguson. what happens when they leave town…what will be left is an economic wasteland, and the very frustration, legitimate frustration that the people of Ferguson have, the young people of Ferguson have, jobs, economic opportunity, education choices, and education and economic uplift, their situation is going to be worse off, not better off because of this” he stated.

“Burn baby, burn: voter inferno”

So there was Trayvon Martin ahead of 2012; Ferguson after 2014. This seems to indicate that, prior to the 2016 election, there will be Yet Another Tragedy involving The Oppressor and The Victim, replete with presstitutes, rabble rousers, rightfully grieving family, and a whole lotta violence.
The property destruction will continue until the rabble rousers are rejected whenever they arrive to stir the pot.

Update: Ann Coulter is typically conciliatory, but which I mean she drops a Daisy Cutter on the Left.

Yeah, it never seems to occur to the rioters that they’re rioting over a rare event. Even if all the stupid “Hands up! Don’t shoot!” mythology was true; even if things went down the way they believe they went down… it’s still a singular event.

There needs to be a standardized immune system reaction. Like, doxxing them and then everywhere they go, people point and call them by name, “We see you, we know why you’re here, and we will remember your role.”

One of the greatest errors so many on the right make is to think that there’s some kind of logic, some actual reasoning, behind all of this. The left in general are motivated by emotion — if they were creatures of thought and logic, they’d be conservatives — and the race-hustlers and hustlees even more so.

There are three types of people who concern themselves with this situation. The first are those whose reality consists of facts and reasonable inferences from them. That is, testimony, inconsistencies, forensics and the like. There is hope of reaching an intellectual accommodation with such people, because facts and logic mean something.

The second are those whose reality is wholly separate from those things. It consists of myth and magic. Such people see conspiracies and fabrication of video tapes and forensic evidence, and nothing will change that. We should be wary of them, but they are not necessarily dangerous provided their numbers are low.

The third group understands evidence and logic, but doesn’t care, because they concern themselves not with truth, but power. Neither Al Sharpton, nor Benjamin Crump or any of the myriad of Progressive journalists truly believes that Darren Wilson “executed” the innocent, gentle giant, off-to-college choirboy Michael Brown. What they see however, is an opportunity to exploit his corpse in order to attain power over group number two. Such people are dangerous because they are evil. They should be combated wherever and whenever they rear their heads.

This is all misdirection. You aren’t talking about the pounding the Democrats took – you aren’t discussing legalizing 5 million illegal aliens. You’re discussing race and phantom discrimination. See how it works?

At this point, we should be asking why Al Sharpton has a base of support.

His presence invariably makes a situation worse.

Events have unfolded as they had been foreseen. Obama knew that the Ferguson verdict was only days away and made sure that the nudges kept coming. Some Democrat addressed that issue once. Something about waste and crisis’s.

John McWhorter of Columbia has chimed in and tells us that the anger in the “Black Community” towards the Police is completely justified.

    That’s manure.

Do what’s right, and don’t assault Policemen and you will generally be left alone. There is the odd cop who will show you what he is and rub your mundane status in your face, but in general the Police will leave you alone if you do what you should do in the first place.

Blacks are arrested out of proportion to their numbers. Alas, they commit crime out of proportio to their number as well. Brown would still be alive if he had not been stupid and assaulted the cop. Assaulting a cop is one of the more stupid things one can do in life, and it is usually lethal.

  18. Daniel Freeman
    November 26th, 2014 @ 11:39 pm

If it weren’t sufficiently dangerous to assault a cop, we would hire more and make them train harder. It will never be safe, because that is not an acceptable outcome.

I don’t know about most states but in, VA when one is arrested, the officer and his ”collar” go before the magistrate and he or she sets the bail amount. The lower your bail the more money you got, to pay your lawyer.

I think it does occur to a lot of them, particularly the out-of-towners. They just fancy themselves as “radicals” who “agitate” for “civil rights”, or maybe they’re just Weathermen wannabes. Ayres and Dohrn sure understood what they were doing (other than that little bomb-making snafu).

No one is sending a message to their allies in the Dem Party nor is this infighting. This is insensate anti-white racial bigotry powered by self-reinforcing hysterical racial profilings on social media. When you have people literally saying they’re fearful of letting their children outside because of the lightning strike odds of a white cop killing them by mistake while ignoring their own racial criminal syndicates you know you have run into an insane cult. It reminds me of medieval peasants wailing about meteor strikes outside a cathedral. #CometsAreInjustice.

    “Ferguson after 2014.”

Remember, Stacy, the whole Ferguson thing has actually been simmering since August before the election. One wonders if the delay in the grand jury wasn’t orchestrated by the “plantation owner” class to stick it to Obama and his crew.

    Trans live’s matter

In just another indication that this whole Ferguson thing is nothing but a smoke screen for radicals to cause trouble over anything …
A group of trans-gay-wtf protesters in St.Louis attempting to grab some of the spotlight for their cause.

More chances of Joe Sixpack of seeing something. By and large there isn’t much congress is going to do and there is considerable merit to the argument that Obama is just trolling the Republicans. In January they need to pass a border/visa security only bill and then Obama can veto it.

If we’re gonna go conspiracy, I’d say Holder was sent there to hold things up till barack announced his fiat amnesty.

Nothing takes the media’s mind off of a lawbreaking Democrat president like cop cars burning.

And by the way, ask yoursleves why the announced verdict wasn’t presented at 7am Sunday Morning instead of at dusk on a week night when no playoffs were on.

Then think about video of a cop car burning in the daytime, versus at night.

Yeah, someone wanted this to happen.

Big statements like that are typically made late in the day, because that’s when people finish work and leave their office, where the reporters have been camped out waiting. It was announced on a Monday because it was decided on a Monday, because it was the Mondays grand jury that got the case, which is normal for weekend incidents.

I don’t know why the announcement wasn’t made until 8:15 pm, but I’ve observed juries that were close to a decision go late (with the judge’s permission) in order to get it all over with. Most of them probably wanted to avoid missing another day of work.

Before I found my current career, I had a lot of different jobs, including some in courthouses. I didn’t talk about things that weren’t my business, but I paid attention, and some patterns emerged.

Yeah, I figured that pattern out too.

Hopefully the Republicans will be expecting it in 2016, but I doubt it.

The media will go into 2016 on high alert, looking for any case in which a white person shoots a black in self defense. And the more they have to stretch the truth the better, since it will end up with the white person getting off which will agitate their base even more.

I think Insty gives far too much credit to the “leadership” aspect of barack’s role regarding black voters. barack’s intentions from day one were to cynically use that voting bloc. That much was obvious from his nasty tricks to remove people from the ballot when he was running for his Senate seat.

He had absolute, certain knowledge that he owned the black vote, and he used them like a rented mule to get what he wanted for himself.

No other politician in the history of Western democracies has so totally owned a voting bloc. (Not without being their despotic overlord to begin with.) Only a man of strong moral fiber could withstand the allure of abusing such a position. Only a man who loves his own country could appreciate the lives and difficulties of the people within such a totally-owned voting bloc.

This is why they have turned on him. He’s made it obvious that they are disposable, and mean nothing to him as he sits in some wealthy, white man’s house on Martha’s Vineyard.
