Transgender Sex Offenders: Feminists Advocate ‘Allison’s Law’ to Protect Public

Posted on | April 17, 2015 | 85 Comments

Allison Woolbert was one of the most militant transgender activists on the Internet. Woolbert was executive director of “Transgender Human Rights Institute” (THRI), a founder of the “Transgender Violence Tracking Portal” (TVTP) and the website “TERF Tracker.” The acronym “TERF” (Trans Exclusive Radical Feminist) is a slur invented by transgender activists to demonize radical feminists who are critical of the transgender movement. (See “What Is a Woman? The Dispute Between Radical Feminism and Transgenderism,” by Michelle Goldberg, the New Yorker, Aug. 14, 2014.) One of the “abuses” for which Woolbert and her allies condemned their radical feminist critics was the practice of “dead naming,” i.e., identifying transgender “women” by their original male names. Radical feminists say that discovering and exposing the male identities of these “women” is important because, in many cases, the transgender activists who most vehemently attack feminists have histories of violence against women. Such transgender “women” may be dangerous criminals whose female personas are used to conceal their violent past.

“TERF Tracker” Allison Woolbert is, in fact, Dennis Wayne Woolbert, 51, who was convicted in 1992 of repeatedly raping a 14-year-old girl. This female family member was apparently Woolbert’s stepdaughter and, during a period of two months in the summer of 1991, Dennis Woolbert assaulted her “by performing vaginal intercourse, anal intercourse, cunnilingus and fellatio,” according to court documents. Woolbert was sentenced to six years in prison for aggravated sexual assault and the court noted “since the defendant is a repetitive sex offender, the risk of further offenses is high.” When Woolbert’s criminal history was exposed in January 2015, feminists at the site Gender Identity Watch called for enactment of “Allison’s Law,” which would prohibit “legal change of sex demarcation and name for rapists and violent offenders.”

The need for “Allison’s Law” was highlighted this week by the Virginia Supreme Court’s decision in the case of Robert Floyd Brown Jr. Brown is a 32-year-old inmate in federal prison in Petersburg, Virginia, who obtained a diagnosis of “gender identity disorder” and sought to change his legal name to Alicia Jade Brown. The trial court had denied this request, but the Virginia Supreme Court overruled the trial court’s decision Thursday, with only one member of the court dissenting from Chief Justice Donald W. Lemons’ ruling. Robert Floyd Brown Jr. is a dangerous sex offender.

Dothan Man Sentenced for Child Pornography
WTVY, Mar 29, 2007
24 year old Robert Floyd Brown, Junior of Dothan will spend the next 40 years behind bars for producing, possessing, and transporting pornography.
Posing as a woman, Brown convinced teenage boys to send sexual images over the internet then threatened public distribution if they didn’t perform more sexual acts.
His victims included a 14 year old and 10 year old in Kansas, a 14 year old and 15 year old in Colorado and a 15 year old in Texas.
Federal officials said Thursday the investigation began when the mother of one of the victims contacted officials who investigated and learned Brown was in Dothan.
Dothan police went to his house and arrested Brown and confiscated his computer.
Officials also said Brown engaged in sexually explicit chats with an adult male and threatened to publicly distribute the adult’s online chats unless the adult engaged in sex acts with a 9 month old baby.
The man did those acts and now efforts are underway to identify the baby authorities believe is in Australia.

Brown is suing to try to force federal officials to provide sex-change surgery. Should such dangerous criminals be allowed to legally change their names? Should federal taxpayers be required to pay for “treatment” enabling fetishists to indulge their perverse fantasies?

Radical feminist Cathy Brennan writes at Gender Identity Watch: “In 2015, Men who sexually exploit children are allowed to change their names to ‘Women’s’ names without any regard to the fact they they are convicted child sex predators. This is why we need Allison’s Law.”

I am not making light of the very real (and dangerous) issue of predators hiding in plain sight by pretending to be women.

But the whole rad feminist transgender dispute is the result of so many absurd threads of “logic” contradicting each other.

    For that, pass the popcorn.

Wait, what? These crazy people make your head spin! Women hate men who think they’re women because they’re violent? They talk of violence all the time themselves. You’d think some malevolent force is guiding these people, someone, could it be….

At first, I shared your view that these are just two groups of crazy people who hate each other. However, after closer investigation, it became clear to me which group of crazy people is a menace to public safety. Many of these “transgender” activists are in fact dangerous and, furthermore, they’re demanding that we play along with their dangerous fantasies. The fact that the transgender activists are attacking radical feminists we don’t like should not prevent us from recognizing the genuine danger here.

The concept of allowing these “transgendered” into ladies and girl’s room bathrooms at any stage of their “transformation” is reckless and foolhardy. To that extent, the rad fems opposing this are our allies.

But they are still all still in this category too. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/a/a8/Nut-Goodie-Wrapper-Small.jpg

Isn’t the reality of the situation that both sides are a menace? The radfems want to destroy political society and the trans want to destroy social society. I think both are attacking men and manhood for one reason: because the pastoral office is open to men only. Destroy men, destroy Judeo-Christian society and all comes under their deviant rule.

While the overall agenda of RadFems is nothing more than circular jerkular logic, their insistence that males born male cannot become women is just common sense. That even people as batshit crazy as RadFems can readily understand this pretty well sums up those who can’t.

Once again get both of these groups in a large convention room with no cameras and no security. Lock them in after making sure they’ve each received their commemorative letter opener.

I agree, but if the transgendered go through the process of snipping off their balls, it probably helps render them slightly less dangerous.

BTW, Cathy Brennan doesn’t like it when I call radical feminists “crazy.” The problem is, how am I going to maintain credibility with my conservative readers if I don’t acknowledge how crazy radical feminism is? The fact that they are CORRECT about the menace of the transgender movement doesn’t mean that I endorse the rest of radical feminism. It just so happens that they have a particular interest that makes them acutely aware of this problem. This is like how I find some points of agreement with Malcolm X (e.g., the problem of white liberals) but I’m not a Black Muslim. It’s just a fact that sometimes crazy radicals see problems “mainstream” people overlook.

Your thinking short term return on investment, I’m thinking long term. Besides if you filmed the results, it would be difficult to repeat the exercise with other groups or even worse it might become a reality show wherein the activities are feigned.

Say what you about the radical feminists, they are 100% right. Transgender women are men. Period. These men have a huge rate of violence against women and children. In CA prison system alone over 400 are serving hard time for rape and murder of women and children. All those upstanding conservatives on the hill are all okay with this because they may have some cat of nine tails fetish. So these men in women’s dorms, hospital rooms, shelters, is all hunky dorie. The feminist are ones of the few calling this out.

I’m stunned there are still states which allow judicial name changes for people convicted of any felony. In my state, one cannot get a name change if there are unsatisfied civil judgments, tax liens and the like. Given laws punishing recidivist criminals, a judicial name change would be facilitating fraud if the petitioner becomes a repeat offender. Thus, it’s not allowed.

I’m not sure which “conservatives” you’re talking about. Conservatives indeed speak out against this, and as a result are pilloried for it as bigots.

Lock up Snoopy to keep him safe. “A troubled transgender woman caught with explicit bestiality porn on her mobile phone was today spared jail after a judge heard of the heightened risk of suicide for transsexuals in custody.

Dawn Love, aged 55, was caught red-handed with pornographic images of people having sex with horses when she took her phone into an 02 shop to be repaired.”

Anybody who likes Joy Division, annoys trannies, and looks startlingly like the great John Lithgow can’t be all bad.

Fun fact: her T-shirt is of course from Joy Division’s 1979 album cover Unknown Pleasures.

That’s not the fun fact. That graphic is an image of radio waves from a pulsar. The pulsar in question is known as CP 1919, which lies some 2,283 light years away from Earth.

Those radio waves reached the Arecibo telescope in Puerto Rico in 1970, where they were recorded and incorporated into an astronomer’s PhD thesis.

That means they started their journey approximately 313 years before Christ was born. When those radio waves were created by a rapidly spinning neutron star far, far away in space, the Roman Empire didn’t yet exist, Ptolemy was Pharaoh of Egypt, Alexander the Great had only died 10 years before, the teachings of Plato and Aristotle were still new, and only 5 of the 7 wonders of the ancient world had been built yet.

They travelled all that way, just to end up on Cathy Brennan’s T-shirt.

    And why not?

I love the judge’s logic there. Since prison might make Dawnie there sad, we won’t send him to prison. (Do other criminals get such consideration?)

Oh no, instead, we’ll force “Dawn” on a group of unsuspecting women who are there for support and help. That will be fine with them, right? They won’t feel uncomfortable with an abusive male pervert hanging around.

And if they do, so what? Their feelings and their emotional health and need for safety and help don’t matter. Dawn might be sad if he’s punished, and Dawn and his happiness are obviously way more important than a bunch of women who are gathered in a female-only group for support.

“It just so happens that they have a particular interest that makes them acutely aware of this problem.”

Yeah, they are right but for the wrong reasons. Now, bear with me, this one is hard but the reason they oppose transgenderism is because they believe that there is a totally biological female essence (correctly) but they think heteronormative patriarchy distorts that into feminine behavior. (Screwy, I know.) Thus they get enraged when they see men in lipstick and sexy clothes, because they think the lipstick and sexy clothes are abominations. They are right to think that a man dressed as a woman is a fake, but the route they got to that correct conclusion is twisted and false.

  35. DeadMessenger
    April 17th, 2015 @ 7:22 pm

…they are CORRECT about the menace of the transgender movement…

Even a broken clock is right twice a day.

Besides, I see no categorization problem here. Radfems are crazy; transgenders are crazier. Crazy people seldom look at themselves and see crazy; however, according to my college Psych professor (who may have been crazy himself), high intelligence increases the odds of a crazy noticing their own craziness.

Bull. Radical feminists don’t get enraged seeing men wearing “women’s clothes” as long as the men don’t claim to be women. Gender non-conformity occurs in members of both sexes. A girl who wants to play with trucks, or a boy who wants to wear a tutu, should be allowed to, without being branded as “transgender” and being pressured to undergo physical and psychic mutilation to “become” the other sex. Radical feminists differ radically from conservatives because they value gender non-conformity and homosexuality, and want more of it, not less of it.

    Don’t get me sta…..too late.

1)Why do so many lesbian couples consist of one member who cuts her hair like a Spetsnaz soldier and wears biker boots and a Duluth Trading Post flannel shirt…let’s call her Butch for the sake of this post.

2)Does “Butch” really see herself in the traditionally male role in that relationship and if so, is she really a lesbian or a dude in the wrong body?

3)Why is ” Butch’s” partner attracted to a so-called woman who goes to such lengths to appear manly and if that’s the type she’s really attracted too then doesn’t she really prefer men, albeit men with a “softer side”?

4)Since many lesbians see men as detestable creatures, why do they accept into their midst, so many women who seem bent on emulating such menaces?

I’m telling you, you need a freaking score book to keep up with this stiff sometimes.
I reckon that’s why it’s known as abnormal behavior.

I see one of your tags on this is “gays.” Gay people have nothing to do with this and, in fact, we are the ones who started and continue to post about Allison’s Law; not straight people, not even conservatives. Most of us want nothing to do with the transgender movement and, in fact, we would like to separate the “LGB” from the “T.” If conservative blogs and news agencies could stop posting about transgenders and then lay them at the feet of homosexuals, that would be great.
