I got a separate notice my upgrade was ready, haven’t installed yet. The Tuesday updates were already done.

Have you considered upgrading Windoze to Linux ?
Yeah, I know there’s stuff that only runs on Windows, the machine I’m on right now is multi-boot with 2 Linux versions and Win 7 … yes I’m a geek.

I moved my travel laptop over to Windows 10. So far it’s OK. I like it much better than 8.1, but my big desktop back at the home office will stay on 7 for a while.

OT: Holy… words fail me. I’ve been avoiding watching the PP videos, and The Federalist just pointed this out:

In the second video, we find out explicitly from Planned Parenthood’s Dr. Mary Gatter that abortions performed with feticides aren’t viable for fetal-tissue donation. When I realize that there will be a day when these people will stand before God and watch themselves say and do these things, perhaps confronted by the babies they murdered, as well, I experience real terror for their souls. Disgust and righteous anger are easy; praying for them to repent is difficult, but we must force ourselves to do it.

That was the point! To get them to change! If only we could suffer the same embarrassment.

Linux is great as a server, but stuff like this keeps me from using it as my main desktop machine: http://blog.codef00.com/2011/02/18/the-default-browser-on-linux-debacle/

Running Linux in a VM in Windows is good enough for me.
