Some Stereotypes Are True

Posted on | September 27, 2015 | 78 Comments

Somebody on Twitter started the hashtag #NoHymenNoDiamond which was either (a) an extreme argument for premarital abstinence, or (b) another brilliant 4chan satire to troll feminists. It doesn’t matter which it was, because it brought out the feminist crazies, including one who wanted to lecture the world about misogyny and heteronormativity, and another who declared, “Men have no idea how women’s bodies work.”

When I started snarking about this, it attracted the attention of a feminist who accused me of “bullying.” When I get that kind of reaction, it makes me wonder, who is saying these things? So I checked her Twitter profile and saw a link to — what else? — a Tumblr blog where she describes herself as a 19-year-old “aggressive lesbian communist & feminist” who likes “harry potter and astrology.” (She’s “pisces sun / taurus moon / leo rising.”) A quick survey of the content at her blog proved her to be a perfect example of the angry man-hating lunatic stereotype that feminists claim doesn’t represent their movement.

Feminism is about empowering mentally ill teenage Marxist lesbians with facial piercings, who feel an urge to tell sane, normal adults that we are the problem, and that they are the solution.

You know that feminists are truly sane, focused and correct when they have appointed Bill Nye, a mechanical engineer, as the world’s leading authority on conception. Maybe we can get the opinion of an aerospace technician on the G-spot next, or perhaps a landscape architect can weigh in on intersectionality.

This whole #NoHymenNoDiamond proves that […] Feminism is needed

Feminism’s like climate change then. Whatever the weather does, climate change is More Urgent Than Ever, You Guys!

Jackie says she was raped by Haven Monahan and his frat bros… proof that feminism is needed.

Some people start to doubt Jackie’s lurid tale… proof that feminism is needed!

Haven Monahan turns out not to exist, and Jackie’s rape never happened… SHUT UP! AND… FEMINISM IS NEEDED!

It’s like arguing with people in a cult, because that’s what feminism is. A narcissistic cult that promotes irrationality (muh oppression) and mysticism (muh witchcraft and muh feminine intuition) over logic and reason (patriarchal rape-facts. Boo!)

A cult that elevates people based on their claims of victimhood, so the most pathetic shrieking broken basket cases end up at the top of the feminist totem pole.

Round them up and sell them to Saudi Arabia.

Actually, I think a mechanical engineer is the perfect person to describe conception. At least take all that messy emotion out of it.

In fact, feminists insist upon treating procreation as a purely mechanical process, divorced from human emotion, let alone needs. They had plenty of help, however – the so-called “sexual revolution” was all about decoupling sex from personality, making it nothing more than a physical act.

What’s pathetic is that these idiot feminists have no idea that they’re following Hugh Hefner’s prescriptions for human sexuality.

What separates science from religion is that science is falsifiable where religion requires faith.

And that’s how you can tell the AGW people, feminists, and Marxists are all following a cult. Everything that happens is evidence in support.

Eh, as a woman, I don’t find it all that offensive. Feminists just don’t have any sense of humor whatsoever unless the ‘humor’ involves roasting a man.

I concluded a long time ago that it’s natural for men to obsess over women’s parts. They DO tend to think about sex an awful lot. I’d rather it was because they love and appreciate women than because they hate and despise them.

Hmm the second pat which ive omitted is the “fact” that “roasties’ are that way because theyve had too much sex.

Now the funny thing is the feminazis have taken the bait and get trolled mercilessly with it, its the argument equivalent of “mansplaining’ whenever a female holds forth an opinion.

It doesnt make it right or good, but it does annoy the hell out of the right class of people.

When “heteronormative” is an interchangeable term for women-hatred you just know you’ve run up against a mental case. Fortunately they always inform us they have mental health issues and that’s just a coincidence that has nothing to do with their sociopathy towards men.

Lesbian or not, what Miss Cutesy Stupsey will learn is the same lesson all morons of her type learn: when you live on your looks and don’t prepare for the future then when your looks go, so does your future. I’ve seen too many women wave their looks around like a club, never exercise a day in their lives or create a profession and by 35 are minimum wage fruit-buyers for some supermarket distribution warehouse driving a car that never seems to quite work. The men don’t call anymore and all the parties and clubs are in the past. Have fun Miss Nineteen.

Youth is a resource wasted on the young. Part of feminist resentment of “inequality” is ultimately rooted in a recognition that biological differences put women at a disadvantage if — and I emphasize “if” here — it is their desire to compete against males or to emulate masculine behavior.

Young men who “play the field” or “sow their wild oats” seem to pay no penalty for their sexual irresponsibility. Indeed, the carefree young bachelor is envied by his peers and admired by women. By contrast, promiscuous women are treated contemptuously by men and derogated as “sluts” by women. (Feminists denounce “slut-shaming” as sexist, despite the fact that this is practiced chiefly by women, who recognize how the availability of promiscuous rivals undermines their own ability to interest men in relationships.) However, it is the difference between male and female biology in reproduction — rather than “patriarchal oppression” — that accounts for the difference in social attitudes.

Males are most valued as providers of resources — the “breadwinner” husband who can pay the bills for his wife and children — and this is a role that the typical young man is ill-suited to perform. It is not until he reaches his mid-20s, in most cases, that a young man has gotten far enough ahead financially as to be able to pay the bills while his wife stays home to tend to a newborn. It is because of the young man’s unsuitability for the husband/father role that so many avoid the responsibility and social limitations inherent in a monogamous long-term relationship. He “plays the field” because he simply can’t afford the alternative of marriage and fatherhood.

Young women, however, are most valued as wives according to their future potential as mothers (even though this valuation is usually not conscious or apparent to young people). From a strictly Darwinian perspective, it behooves the young man to choose a wife who (a) is near her reproductive prime and (b) has behavioral traits associated with monogamous fidelity.

The modest, pious, hard-working, chaste, quiet, serious girl — whose companionship may be little valued when guys are looking to “play the field” with party girls — simply has to endure her youthful disadvantage, and resist the temptation to envy the party girls. Her potential as mother and wife is a resource that will become more valued when, in young adulthood, she is an appropriate candidate for marriage — but this is not apparent to her at the time. The serious-minded girl feels that she is peculiarly and unfairly disadvantaged and, rather than blaming this on a culture that celebrates unrestricted casual sex, she is often attracted to feminism, which blames “male supremacy” for her problems.

EFFECTIVE PARENTING IS THE SOLUTION! Young people must be disciplined and supervised and warned away from the reckless hedonism that engenders the harms to which feminism presents itself (falsely) as the answer. It may be true that “boys will be boys,” but parents can limit the damage by (a) discouraging sons from engaging in irresponsible and disrespectful sexual behavior, and (b) surrounding their daughters with protective supervision.

The “old-fashioned” approach to parenting may not yield perfect results, but it is infinitely superior to the permissiveness of “modern” parenting.

  44. robertstacymccain
    September 28th, 2015 @ 8:27 am

Genetic superiority requires that children inherit high-quality DNA from both parents. Superior intelligence is exhibited by an ability to select a superior mate; if I was in any way deficient in some desirable characteristic, those traits were high on my list sought in a wife. Among other things, my wife has beautiful teeth and high cheekbones, and is also relatively tall (5-foot-6). She has many excellent qualities, of course, but these were definitely factors that weighed in her favor. While I do not think love is strictly rational, there is no reason why superior intellectual faculties should not be applied to the process of mate selection.
