#RNCinCLE COMMIES!

Posted on | July 19, 2016 | 67 Comments

CLEVELAND
So I went down to Public Square today to see what the protest scene was like and you have never seen so many police in one place in all your life. If there were 1,500 people there, 300 of them were protesters, 400 were media covering the protests, and 800 were cops. This was cool, because the protesters absolutely hate cops. That’s basically what the protest was about — hating cops, hating capitalism, hating America quite generally, because the protesters are Communists:

“There will be no peace unless there is justice,” Professor Cornell West said Tuesday in a speech to an anti-police rally here organized by the Revolutionary Communist Party (RCP). Speaking through a megaphone amid a crowd of protesters gathered at Public Square in downtown Cleveland, West invoked “the legacy of white supremacy in this country that goes back 400 years” to condemn police.
West spoke in front of a giant RCP banner declaring, “Time to Get Organized for an ACTUAL Revolution. STOP MURDER BY POLICE.” Activists with the RCP held aloft signs that read, “America Was NEVER Great! We Need to OVERTHROW This System!”

You can read the rest at The American Spectator.

We really need to revive the Smith Act, so we can put some of these filthy Commie subversive traitors in Leavenworth, where they belong.

?We really need to revive the Smith Act, so we can put some of these filthy Commie subversive traitors in Leavenworth, where they belong.?

    Pardon, but no, we don’t.

?Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.?

    Emphasis added.

In a free society, we don’t get to determine what the other guy is allowed to say. We can speak in opposition, we can disagree, we can wag our fingers in each others faces. The one thing we can’t do is jail them because they said something we don’t like.

You know, like those people want to do with “climate change deniers.”

Agreed. The problem with these people is not that they get to speak, but that the media is eager to fluff their numbers, edit their comments to make them look more sane, and hide their connections. In other words, it’s that we don’t hear enough of them and from them. If more ordinary folks were confronted with this, then these chumps would lose a lot of sympathy.

Oh great, yet another “this is not who we are” lecture.

At least you aren’t one of the totalitarians yearning to march us into the Gulag. Others have said it before, but it bears repeating: the only hope to reestablish respect for civil rights and due process and the Constitution is to have a Republican in the Oval Office again.

And as flawed as he is, that means Trump.

It’s just so precious the be lectured on systemic oppression by a tenured Ivy League professor. Now we need Ward Churchill to pose with his AK-47.

Excuse me, but he’s white, and, oh, more or less a man, so, by definition, Ward Churchill IS the problem.

Now pardon me please, but I’m having an Austin Powers/Fembot moment.

I agree that putrid speech can be classified as free speech, though I do understand Stacy’s sentiment.

If we had actual journalists (like Stacy, only a lot more of them, and not Twitter-banned), and not the Riefenstahl press that we currently have, this sort of vile ideology could be exposed for what it is.

However, NW, I do not need to remind you that it would be Constitutionally disastrous to allow this type of Marxist BS sentiment to fester and grow. But I fear this country has already passed the tipping point. What has been needed was the factual, history-based education of youth, such that they learned to identify this sort of vileness as the destroyer of liberty and to avoid it.

Sadly, the Commie bastards have used a boiling-the-frog approach until it is now too late. The Republic is dead.

The Hegelian dialect demands that Trump be elected. Hillary is the antithesis, Cruz would’ve been the thesis, and so Trump is the synthesis. There’s a good chance he’ll be elected, and he’ll be elected because the Hegel-worshiping elite want him there. On account of him being a lapdog and lickspittle.

This is why Hillary’s lying evil is exposed at all. (And in return for giving up her throne…I mean, presidency, she’ll stay out of jail and get to keep her ill-gotten Clinton Foundation bribe wealth ad infinitum.)

Trump will be just enough to prevent the armed masses from going completely batshit crazy until the next thesis/antithesis/synthesis cycle. You know, in the hopes of disarming us all earlier on, when the elite call in UN forces (under the command of UN Banana Republic Dictator, El Presidente Obama), when they show up outside our houses with their Patriot (so-called) missiles, pointed at our families.

These people are advocating the violent overthrow of the US and murder. And it looks like they are already underway. Is this really a “free speech” issue?

  11. NeoWayland
    July 20th, 2016 @ 6:51 am

The one thing conservatives have that appeals to people beyond the “base” is equal rights under the law.

It is the one thing that progressives can’t touch. The one thing they can’t bribe fools with. The one thing they dare not face.

That’s where your battle will be won. Not because there is a Republican in the White House or because Republicans control Congress.

But because enough everyday people say “Hey, that isn’t right.”

Ordinary people doing extraordinary things. I stake my life and freedom on it.

Trump’s election will matter in that regard, if, and only if, he purges government of the left who are making a mockery of law. That would mean a wholesale purge of the bureaucracy, the courts, and Congress.

Rottsa ruck, unless he is willing to rule by decree for a time. It would also mean a blood bath as you would have to execute most of the judges and congresscritters you remove to ensure they don’t come back.

What do you mean they dare not face it? The past month they have finally come out into the open as disdainful of due process.

It is what, as Sen. Manchin informs us, is killing us right now. They’re just salivating at the opportunity to pass an Enabling Act.

And even if they had not cast off their pretense, lack of due process is at the heart of identity politics and political correctness. It has always been their target.

Your rights are not your birthright as a human, but are granted you on the basis of your group identity. That’s why progressives are always playing victim one-upmanship.

Incidentally I do not say we need a Republican President because Republicans are intrinsically more trustworthy, but because only then does the media and the left concern themselves with executive overreach and Constitutional safeguards. Put one in the White House and once again dissent will be the highest form of patriotism.

Thing is, if they get what they want it’s not going to turn out the way they plan it. It may very well mean the end of America as we know it, we might descend into something resembling China in the ’20s and ’30s.

But they aren’t going to win. They’ll be dead, either from direct combat with the bitter clingers with guns, or dead in the anarchy their cities will end in. Or maybe dead in the internecine warfare their kinds of revolution always end in.

I expect that the proggies think their shock troops will be the permanent black underclass they have so carefully nurtured, but once the urban thugs figure out that the left has nothing left to give they’ll turn on them.

I live in rural Western WA. I might be able to see the glow as Seattle burns to the east of me. I intend to do nothing but sit atop my ridge and pot the occasional refugee fleeing the rape gangs in Tacoma or Seattle or Olympia.

The women, if they are suitable, can be kept as breeding stock.

    This last month?

The entire Obama administration has been about destroying due process.

Progressives still can’t bring themselves to accept that people have rights because they are human. Not because they are some victim group. Not because the rights privileges are granted by government.

People have rights because they are human.

That’s what progressives can’t face. It undoes everything they try to do.
