What are they doing over there in the first place?  Can’t they bike in a safe country?

Those hikers were not hostages – they ARE morons.  They went hiking in one of the most dangerous, unsettled regions of the entire world.  What the hell were they thinking?

Never mind, I’ll answer:  They weren’t.  They were typically airheaded, self-indulgent twits who bubbled off to do what bounced into their empty little heads with no thoughts of any possible consequences.

Well, the fact that they are moron leftists explains my visceral dislike of them upon seeing them the first time.  Who gets out of Iranian prison after 2 years, and 5 minutes later gives a little speech all written up about the politics of it.  An activist, that’s who.
