SEARCHLIGHT, NV. The event was huge. Stacy phoned in a bit of a report, before the Battery Gods frowned and his phone passed out.

Andrew Breitbart, Andrew Marcus, Andrea Shea King, Victoria Jackson, Chris Cassone and Matthew Vadum were in attendance.

Photos and video of Sarah Palin to follow. Hit the tip jar, so that Stacy can upgrade his hardware to something more reliable.

Crowd Estimates Range from 9,000 – 30,000 People for “Showdown in Searchlight”
Crowd estimates from 9,000 – 30,000+ people for today’s Tea Party Express “Showdown in Searchlight” event featuring Governor Palin.
Members of the press corps estimated the crowd size between 9,000 – 14,000 but the security and crowd control firm working the event estimated 30,000+.
Representatives from the security firm indicated they would be happy to confirm their estimates with interested members of the press, and based their estimates on their history of crowd control for other such public events.

    I’ll bend over and let every male in that crowd over the 9,000 estimate fuck me in the ass with a Sarah Palin picket sign.

    30,000. Yeah. Right. If there were 10,000 there it’d be a miracle of Fishes and Loaves proportion.

    I watched twenty minutes of the Fox coverage waiting for a pan of the crowd and after that 20 minutes I figured they were too embarrassed. When they finally HAD to because the podium cleared, you could see the crowd in the 5,000 to 7,500 range.

    If all of you deluded right-wingers hadn’t had personal experience of the sights and sounds when Sarah Palin addresses a crowd of 20 to 25,000, you might have an excuse for believing this bullshit estimate.

    I’ve been in demonstrations of 100 people and of 750,000 (I’m the 195,165th person back and 15th from the left in Forrest Gump) and quite a few gradations in between.

    I know what crowds look and feel and sound like and I know you know too.
