Another Brett Kimberlin Lie?

My co-defendant John Hoge has been keeping up with the federal RICO lawsuit he has dubbed Kimberlin v. Universe, et al.

Hoge recently filed a motion with the court which makes note of an interesting claim by the pro se plaintiff:

Twice since Brett Kimberlin filed his federal lawsuit, I’ve attended hearings in his Maryland lawsuit Kimberlin v. Walker, et al.

In what sense does Kimberlin claim I am evading service, when I was right there in Montgomery County Circuit Court with him?

Hoge has much more RICO Madness.

    Kimberlin is a pathological liar – and that is actually one of his better qualities.

    Say, I wonder if those women from “Cold Justice” would be interested in looking at the Scyphers murder? They’ve been able to close some old ones.

    I can’t wait for when Neal Rauhauser, Karoli Kuns and Matt Osborne try to avoid service. They were part of this entire campaign. BTW, has anyone looked into their financial escapes with all the businesses they’ve been creating and doing business as? You should. Seems to me that they have a fit if, while in the process of digging illegally into everyone else, they think it’s a crime if you question their activitIes. Well it’s not illegal to question their activities anymore than it was when they did it to you. But when they did it, they made libelous claims affecting all of your lives, some that included breaking the law. This means damages, fines and possible jail time. At least Hoge is going for Osborne’s subpoena but the other two are in this up to their necks in this thing and everyone knows it. Slam one on the all, IMO.

    Neal Rauhauser, OTOH, is knee-deep in legal troubles from screwing with people and it’s only getting worse. I see his ex-wife wants her children’s money and she wants it now Who could blame her? The debt is closing in on the $50,000.00 line. She’s dealt with that scoundrel the longest. Couldn’t happen to a nicer asshole. I see a padded cell in his future. He really did it this time.

    Anyone who thinks it’s just Brett Kimberlin doing all this is really dumb. The above names have been engaging in this activity for years. They finally crossed that legal line and you should hold them accountable for it. People don’t learn until it hurts their wallet.
