Feminist Problems

Note how @TracyClarkFlory twists the knife here:

A vibrator is not a substitute for a
partner. But how do you tell men that?

We see here a classic example of feminism as psychological projection. Never mind the pathetic fate of women so desperately lonely that the only boyfriends they can get require batteries. No, this story has to be about “men’s insecurities,” because the whole point of feminism is to insult, demonize, disparage, ridicule and blame men.

Why kind of feminist would want a male “partner,” anyway? According to feminists, all men ever do is rape and oppress women.

Sometimes you almost wonder if feminists ever actually believe anything they write, or whether it’s all just deliberate lies.

The industrial base required to make them is beyond the capabilities of women. Even were that not true, who would defend that industrial base?

If a vibrator isn’t a substitute, why would you NEED to tell a man that? The only reason you would have to tell a man that is if you were using a vibrator as a replacement.

This reminds me of a commonsense anthropological dictum: If a society has a law against something, it’s because that something is/was a problem to that society.

    RSM,

I know it “harms the narrative,” but not all feminists are like that.

It’s not a monolithic block that bows down and worships at the altar of Women’s Studies.

You’re doing important work with your book, but you’ve focused almost exclusively on the radical feminists. Perhaps it would be worth your time to look at some of the other ladies who call themselves feminists, despite all the hate being thrown at them by the radical front.

The radical front is the core.

So. Women have been trolling us for 10 thousand years?

All that nagging and criticism was a joke? An elaborate poke in the ribs?

    Those bitchez!

Scratch a female; find a radical.

You’re just egging us on now.

They “call” themselves (and I assume you put yourself in that category) feminists but that’s because they don’t understand what the movement “Feminism” is really all about.

I’ll not try to repeat it here as RSM has done a spectacular job of outlining just exactly what they’re up to. If you don’t ascribe to their aims, then I’d advise you to not call yourself a feminist.

(birds of a feather and all that)

Women seem to fail to understand that Men don’t really need Women for a low level immediate unstressful means of sexual relief.

Vibrators work both sides of the street quite adequately honey.

The threat is from their being so easily utilized that inertia sets in and the work necessary to maintain human contact seems a lousy deal. But human contact is a necessary part of being human and once you give it up, it’s very difficult to reacquire the habits and skills.

A dildo(vibrator) is a crutch and if you’re not crippled but use one anyway, you will soon BE emotionally and sexually crippled. This has yet to be made plain to most young people. (and it works both ways also). (there are also ties to the use of pornography and for the same reasons).

    No, it’s not.

Or it would shown in the earliest days of feminism. The movement was highjacked.

Which is one of the things progressives love to do.

Our host can probably give a time and place that the hijacking happened.

If a man has a blow up doll, which is at least a replica of a COMPLETE woman, he is a sick pervert. If a woman has a dildo, which is just the amputated sexual organ, she’s liberated.

3rd wave feminism was not a hijacking. As the demands of the earlier waves were met, they faded away. 3rd wave feminism started radical, and remains so.

The movement is ALWAYS hijacked. By people who were there from the beginning, saying and doing the same things they always have.

But the movement is ALWAYS hijacked.
