One must give credit where credit is due, and unfortunately this season it’s Clemson and not Alabama atop the BCS standings.   1. No offense to our esteemed host, I’m hoping for a Clemson vs MSU with a Clemson win of course.

    But if by chance the Tide makes it and the slim chance the Tigers don’t, naturally I will support a win for Alabama.

  7. Clemson might be number one and ‘Bama just number two, but the only thing that matters is being in the top four; then who’s number one gets settled on the field.

    Alas, after winning in the first two rounds, my alma mater was knocked out in the national quarterfinals over the weekend.

    I keep saying – we can not continue to ship jobs out, and import tens of millions
    without ending up in SERFDOM. It is a squeeze play, and Americans should have been looking at this 30 years ago, and figuring out what to DO about it.

  13. Clemson will beat OU. MSU will give the Tide a run for their money, but Bama will probably squeak it out.

    I don’t think the Heisman hype will phase Deshaun Watson. He’s got his eye on the prize… With a National Title, the Heisman will take care of itself. YMMV
