Molly McKew is an ‘information warfare expert.’

Before getting to the news, let me explain the background: The Left’s “Russian collusion” narrative (i.e., that Trump is a Kremlin puppet) has had dangerous consequences. Every geopolitical enemy of Russia — including China and such former Warsaw Pact countries as Ukraine — has made this conspiracy theory the basis of their own efforts to “meddle” in American politics, so that anti-GOP propaganda is being funded by foreigners who think that electing Democrats will help them stop Putin. Does this make any sense? It doesn’t matter. Crazy as it sounds, this explains a bizarre story that ran last week at the website of Wired magazine, which accused a bunch of conservatives — everybody from Jack Posobiec to Tucker Carlson — of being “information terrorists,” using “assymetric tools” to wage “cognitive warfare.” 

Jim Hoft of Gateway Pundit, one of those identified as an “information terrorist” in that weird story, points out that the author of that article, Molly McKew, is a registered agent of the government of the former Soviet republic of Georgia. So here we have the hired agent of a foreign government smearing patriotic Americans like Jim Hoft — a guy I’ve known personally for more than 10 years — as “terrorists”! It’s crazy.
