Even Allahpundit sounds chipper about the polling. Look, people:

  • The election is weeks away yet. The Tea Party is always in danger of being hoisted on its own retards* (the GOP).
  • Even in the case of a GOP win, the prize is a stinking debt diaper. Expect Sir Golf-a-lot to do exactly that, and point fingers in two years.

Victory in November affords the Tea Party the chance to step up to the plate and affect the 2012 election.
Victory in 2012 means that there is an even chance to restore some form of Federalist restraint on DC.
Kick some tail in November, but keep in mind: it’s merely the beginning.

Update: Even PowerLine seems a tad giddy. Watch out for the judo throw, people.

*I say that in love of the pun on ‘petard’ more than detrimentally about true Republicans, and mean no relation to anyone born with special needs whatsoever.

    The only poll that I really trust is the one on election day……where the voters cast their ballots. All else is mere guess work.
