    We don’t have a single word for that so it is handy to borrow that one. Kind of like we did for a different German word: schadenfreude.

    Did Stacy make it home yet? I worry about my friends, you know.
    I missed my own blogiversary because I was so worried about Stacy! (OK also because I’m a little flaky these days) The Zilla blog turned 2 years old on Friday, while I was busy sending up the Zilla Signal for our intrepid Reporter and his krazy konked-out Kia.
    But thanks to some of my awesome blogger friends, I’m having something better than a blog-birthday party…

    Aat my place this week we’re having a multi-blogger BLOG PARTY LIVE EVENT to mock the D&C convention! There will be a live video feed from Charlotte, crazy open thread, and a bunch of bloggers besides myself posting at my blog, including some bloggers who you all know & love, and there will be some surprises too!     You are nuts, but that’s part of why we love you so much. It’s not crazy to take in insult from deranged hostile jackasses as a compliment though. They are the “opposite day” party, everything they do and say is the bizzaro world opposite of what decent people are about.
