I’m probably being unfair to Dick Tracy here, as he’s at least an honorable cartoon character, juxtaposing him with a cretin like Gibbs.

Keep lying, Gibbs. The more you urinate down the back of the American public and call it rain, the more it motivates honest Americans to make sure that you and your lying masters are separated from levers of power on a permanent basis.
