The Problem With Piers Morgan Is That Americans Don’t Hate Him Enough

If you haven’t yet signed the petition to deport Piers Morgan, what are you waiting for? Both the Constitution and the Bible are so “inherently flawed,” the CNN host says, that they must be amended to take away the right to keep and bear arms, and to legitimize homosexuality:

“Both the bible and the Constitution were well intentioned, but they are basically, inherently flawed. Hence, the need to amend it. . . . My point to you about gay rights, for example, it’s time for an amendment to the Bible.”

No, Piers Morgan is inherently flawed. Time to deport him, I say.

You know, Morgan makes something akin to Mohammed’s argument. Is Piers a closet Muslim, or does he just fetish systems with a flavor that is arguably authoritarian?

There was a quotation I read long ago, I don’t remember who said it or about whom, but it described a given personage as the sort who would study the whole of God’s creation and then offer the Creator a few bits of helpful advice on how it ought to have been done.

“…it’s time for an amendment to the Bible.”

Apparently Morgan has never heard of the quote or, if he did, entirely missed the point.

Non conservatives almost never have the balls to criticize Islam. They always think they’re being on the cutting edge to criticize Judeo-Christianity in a country where they won’t get their head sliced off for attacking Jesus or the Bible.

On another note, what is the point of signing WH petitions?
They go nowhere anyway and it just seems like another excuse for Obama admin to get more information on people who don’t support them. Does anyone expect that Morgan will get the boot? I don’t.

I don’t sign them for that very reason. Nothing ever comes of them, and never will.

Your government wants your money and your servitude, not your opinion. But if pretending interest in the latter will help ensure the continuity of the former, a web page where people can shake their fists impotently is little enough effort to make.

I really try not to HATE anyone, but this POTUS and the liberal nutcases like Piers Morgan, Sam Donaldson, etc. are making it real hard to keep this word out of my vocabulary!

I don’t care enough about Piers to hate him.

From someone who has no idea how human sexuality is designed, it’s incredible hubris to say he knows better and “suggests” an “update” to the Bible. He and others like him would do well to consider God’s response to someone FAR less arrogant in the Book of Job 38 starting in verse 4: “Where were you when I laid the foundations of the Earth?”

I would amend creation to preclude pissants like Morgan and Donaldson, but God hasn’t asked my advice recently, for some reason or other. I have utterly no doubt that He will never ask Piers Morgan or Sam Donaldson.

I watched the guy once the first week he was on here. That was enough. I really don’t know why I have CNN on the channel guide, I never watch it.

If he’s violated his visa, he should certainly be deported, but I don’t believe anyone should be deported because of a petition against them. That’s not the rule of law, it’s the law of the mob. It’s the way Democrats rule.

2. You’d also think he’d know enough about history to know he’s lived most of his life under the very church-state complex that (by its historical intolerance toward dissenters, perhaps most notably and violently his fellow Catholics) inspired Madison to draft the Establishment Clause,

The Democrats really and truly lurves them some Democracy and it is the right of everyone to petition their government for redress of grievance, and Piers Morgan is certainly a grievance.

I think Mencken was right about Democracy and I’m willing to give it to them good and hard. Time after time. If I could get into office I would insure *every* law is rigorously enforced, and they would see just where their stupidity of worshipping Democracy has led them.

Ironically, the surest way to diminish religion in people’s lives appears to be by establishing a state church.
