Robert Stacy McCain and I have a simple policy… “fuck you.”

Wait… excuse me. Allow me to introduce myself. First time guest poster, longtime reader. My name is @Ali Akbar, though many of you know me vicariously through McCain’s columns. I’m a young small business owner who dabbles in publishing, design, and politics. McCain is my friend, my editor, and a business partner. Now on with it…

It may be a bit crass, but when trouble comes our way, Stacy and I refer to the officially Pundit Syndication LLC policy in dealing with troublemakers: “fuck you.”

Pundit Syndication LLC is a publishing company with multiple digital presences, two of those properties being ViralRead and The Other McCain. Recently the company has received multiple threats of legal actions, DMCA notifications, only to have more on the horizon.

I call their bullshit.

Do these troublemakers not realize McCain’s journalistic importance? Did they not read the work of intellectual art that was “No Love for the Godless“? Did they miss the epic smack-down that was McCain giving deranged cyberstalker Bill Schmalfeldt his first reply after 15 months of cyber-harassment? Why are these fools underestimating our own wordsmith Robert Stacy McCain?

They label him a racist — one of my best friends — a racist!

They label him a sexist — a man who spoke at a women’s event at CPAC, a family man with endless devotion for his loving wife, a man who is raising funds for an abused female immigrant!

These poor ignorant fools.

McCain is a working journalist. With over 27 years of experience under his belt and numerous awards, McCain knows his way around libel laws and has the editorial judgement in determining what is news and what is not news.

When Bill Schmalfeldt  ordered that we comply with his DMCA take-down of McCain’s posts about him, we said no.

When Bill Schmalfeldt promised to sue McCain, only to realize that Pundit Syndication and legal counsel was sure of his case enough to go to court, Schmalfeldt backed down.

McCain has a vested stake in Pundit Syndication, he runs this popular blog — one of the few monetized blogs on the right, and he leads more than 60 writers over at ViralRead.com as Editor-in-Chief. See, we have to go to bat for him. But more than that, we want to go to bat for him.

McCain’s editorial decisions are independent of our business interests, but you can bet your bottom dollar that if he or anyone else at Pundit Syndication jeopardizes the company, we’ll mitigate accordingly. However, we’ve never been in that position with the writings of McCain. Never, not once.

We’ll willing to spend money defending his work, so refer to our policy of “fuck you” and bring it.

It’s why earlier this afternoon upon hearing of attacks from fringe-feminists, I tweeted to Sara Alcid.

I stand with Stacy. Contact me if you’d like to sue.

    Who is Miss Alcid, besides being a US State Department blogger, to rise to the notice of professional journalists?
    Most of the world rejects abortion, so having Miss Alcid blog for State must be more of the “Smart Diplomacy” Hillary2016 is known for. Is Miss Alcid another protoge of the former SecState?
