Kaitlyn Hunt has been reminded why they call it ‘jailbait’

You may recall that three weeks ago, Kaitlyn Hunt’s mother was shocked that her Precious Little Pervert was in a real jail with real criminals.

Tuesday night, Kelley Hunt Smith posted on Facebook:

She’s been having some trouble with a few inmates bullying her, but she spoke to a supervisor and they assured her they would take care of it. It scares me so bad having her in jail, she is just a kid, she’s so afraid. Her spirit is so broken. We try to encourage her as best as we can. She is trying so hard to stay positive. She loves reading the letters we send and the ones you all send her as well, it really lifts her spirit, so thank you from the bottom of my heart. I’m praying so hard everyday that something positive happens and soon. We are still fighting and preparing for this trial. It’s so hard to understand how all this is really happening, it’s just so wrong. I have to stay strong and focus on Kate and our family. Thank you all for the love, prayers and support. #FREEKATE #NEVERGIVINGUP

See, Kaitlyn Hunt’s mother is “praying so hard everyday,” but on May 17, Mama Hunt was denouncing the victim’s parents as religious bigots for opposing their 14-year-old daughter’s involvement with a tattoo-covered dildo-wielding dopehead lesbian hoodlum.

For some reason, Kelley Hunt Smith’s prayers “that something positive happens and soon” have not been answered to her satisfaction.

Maybe God thinks Kaitlyn’s imprisonment is “something positive.”

And maybe God decided to answer the prayers of religious “bigots.”

You were going to shut down this blog with a “media blackout,” remember? God didn’t answer that prayer either, did he?

You stay classy, Cool Mom. And if you’re looking for sympathy, maybe you should get in touch with Shawn Lauterbach next time you visit the Indian River County Jail. He certainly feels your pain.

Why is it that when an 18 year old gets in trouble the mantra is “they are just a kid”. But if you suggest taking away their right to drive, vote, sign contracts, etc, then it’s, “You can’t treat an adult like that”. They can’t have it both ways. Either you are an adult with all the rights, privileges, and yes, responsibilities (like not fingering a 14 year old in the school crapper) associated with that or you are “just a kid”.

My guess is still that there will be some sort of plea deal, which will sentence Miss Hunt to a few years, with all but time served suspended. But her new shenanigans have an arraignment scheduled for September 23, and no actual trial date set.

But even with that, any suspension of her sentence will require that she have no contact with her victim, and from what we’ve seen in the past, it’s quite possible that she will violate that restriction, and wind up doing a few years of hard time.

The girl is a train wreck, but it’s has been her loving parents who sabotaged the tracks.

The words “Thy Will be done” and “in His time” come to mind. Treating God like a Magic Eight ball… *smh*

I’d wager KHS would find it curious that many, many parents “pray so hard everyday” for their children from the time He entrusts them to us… not simply when they’re in trouble, and life and circumstances ain’t going our way. But, then again, we’re just a bunch of “religious bigots.”

Really digging deep here to muster up some sympathy… um… er… nope. I got nothin’.

Since KHS wrote it (and we know her versions of ‘truth’), it likely should have read:

“Kate’s been having some trouble bullying a few inmates, but they spoke to a supervisor and were assured they would take care of her.”

I don’t believe, for a second, this low-life isn’t instigating fights with others. Also, what inmate in their right mind, is going to “tattle” on other inmates bullying them? Something smells fishy, me thinks.

Obviously, KHS still sees Kate as the Special Little Snowflake. She can’t wrap her head around the facts. Her daughter is just another criminal in that damn jail.

But Kaitlyn is innocence. Kelley, they’re all innocence.

Poor Kate, her mom’s told everyone via Facebook that she’s complained to the jailers about her new roomies. Just wait till that gets back to the cell block.

Imagine Kate is being bullied. I would be surprised if not. She’s emotionally a kid, even if adult under the law, and she is a sheep to be sheared among the more “mature” offenders she is housed with. She might find herself in a bit different environment once she is convicted and sentenced, but there will be others, even if she is confined with others closer to her in age. Prison changes a person a lot and she will still be seen as a target.
I’m feelin’ for her, but for some reason just can’t find her.

How exactly is she emotionally a “kid?” She’s a 19 year old woman and made decisions no “kid” could conceive of making. Yes, prison does change a person, thus why most abiding citizens, who care about their life, make sure they don’t end up there.

I don’t know what happens in US jails but here if you dob to the screws you will only get it worse, and even worse is if your a cop, and a cops daughter is even better. I bet she doesn’t like being fingered in the toilets now.

KH has already turned down two plea deals. With the blatant disregard for the Do Not Contact order, I rather doubt the Judge will approve a deal at this point.

The quantum of pathos just escalates. How has this woman (in conjunction with her various husbands) managed to earn a living all these years? Her judgment at every turn has been superlatively poor, and little that happens teaches her much of anything.

Prosecutor is probably concentrating on more serious cases like Kate’s and others. Kelley’s failed attempt to undermine the law is low on the list, but I’m sure they’ll get to it eventually.

Actually, I’d guess that the judge would approve a plea deal, which spares the victim from having to testify, now that the lovely Miss Hunt has spent some quality time in the care of the state, but at this point, I don’t see how a plea deal could allow Miss Hunt not to have to register as a sex offender.

This is where Miss Hunt really fouled up. Previously, she could hope that the victim would refuse to testify, and she’d be acquitted due to a lack of evidence. Now, she has committed other crimes, for which the victim’s testimony is not required to prove.

Someone here once asserted the authorities in Indian River County were very much more interested in avoiding the high-profile drama than in justice in this case. Now that St Kate has adamantly refused the plea deals, the show will go on now anyway!

I don’t revel in prisoners being abused while incarcerated, but I have the feeling things are being overstated here, much as they’ve been throughout the case by the Free Kate mob. If her daughter had been assaulted, I’m sure we’d hear about her injuries. What’s probably happening is that her daughter is not being treated with the deference her celebrity demands.
