Bear in mind that Brett Kimberlin is a sociopathic liar and convicted perjurer, so everything he alleges is to be presumed false.

UPDATE: In a conversation with a source who (a) has extensive legal training and (b) has quickly skimmed over the complaint in the case of Kimberlin v. Everybody, I remarked rather vehemently that the case would be thrown out of court because the plaintiff is a “lying sociopathic menace,” or words to that effect.

My source replied, “The problem is, he’s told the wrong lies.”

However, the source cautioned me against specifying the multiple clumsy errors committed by the World’s Worst Pro Se Litigant™ because we do not want the perjuring bomber to benefit from any advance disclosure of our legal strategy. However, I can say that it will require lots of money, and also laughter at the plaintiff’s expense.

In all seriousness, however, please keep praying. It’s a comfort to the defendants to know that good people are praying for us.

    I wonder who’s backing Team Kimberlin up and why a Federal lawsuit, instead of a state one. Kirkland & Ellis?

    1. Did I miss the invite to the beating of Kimby? When did this happen? Were snacks served afterward? (BTW, if he is referring to the Aaron thing, Kimberlin was proven to have lied about it so how can he include it in a Fed. suit?)

    The assault case was nolle prossed. Not to mention the video exists to show it didn’t happen. So for Kimberlin to say that there was an assault is defamatory, right?

    What BK should have found out a long time ago is that Federal judges don’t appreciate his clown act. His history of frivolous jailhouse looney tune complaints has meaning in Fed Dist Crt.

    Points to be had if you can get a special two-hour episode of South Park made about this clown case (i.e. Eric Cartmen v. Everybody). Maybe a puppet movie? During the discovery process, why don’t the parties subpoena the electronic files, meta-data, etc associated with each other from the NSA in order to create a web of contacts, play back phone calls (SWATing perpetrators will be found). Call both Snowden and Barbara Streisand to testify. Snowden via Skype obviously. Call the DC-area Russian KGB rep to testify on how old Brett Kimberlin’s wife was when she entered the USA. When this is done it will be a lawsuit as long winded as United States v. AT&T (1974 – 1984) with far less significance.

    That is what really struck me. Bill seems genuinely offended that people are not taking this seriously. Of course he is also stating that people have been CHARGED. Of course that is not true, but as a mere Cabin Boy on Team Kimberlin he can’t be expected to embrace the finer points of law.

    I did confirm with the Clerk that the case has been filed and assigned a case number. 13-CV-3059. It is not on ECF yet. I would speculate that the papers are in some way deficient an the Clerk is waiting on BK to correct the deficiencies. Two other pro se cases filed on Tuesday have already been entered in ECG

    The RICO suit has hit Pacer. It was filed on Tuesday at 2 pm. BK actually paid the filing fee. It has been assigned to Judge Paul W. Grimm who has been a Judge since 1997 first as a Magistrate Judge and now a District Judge beginning in 2012. He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of New Mexico School of Law.
