Deranged Cyberstalker Bill Schmalfeldt Clearly Knows He Is Doomed to Hell

“Bill Schmalfeldt doesn’t have principles. Bill Schmalfeldt doesn’t have values. Bill Schmalfeldt doesn’t have beliefs. Bill Schmalfeldt has enemies, and then nothing, a black and dank and empty void of sullenness.”
— Ken White, Popehat, Aug. 6
In 2011, Bill Schmalfeldt self-published a book entitled, Can You BE a Tea Party Member and STILL Call Yourself CHRISTIAN?: YES! Thanks to This NEWLY-REVEALED WORD of GOD! To say that this was one of the most wretched, ill-argued, unreadable and un-Christian things ever published would be to praise it with faint damns.
Put it this way: Bill’s book could more accurately be called, A Cry For Help: Please Put Me in a Lunatic Asylum Before I Hurt Myself.
The most important thing revealed by the book, however, is that Bill Schmalfeldt is not a Christian. He is a certain familiar type of dishonest atheist who mocks Christians and attacks the authority of the Bible except when he is (with unintended irony) using the authority of the Bible (in which he does not actually believe) to mock Christians (whom he deeply hates) as fools and hypocrites.
People often ask why I even bother to notice such an obscure failure, but any student of deviant psychology would find Schmalfeldt a fascinating case study and, while I am certainly not qualified to make a professional diagnosis, I know crazy when I see it. What we nowadays call mental illness or personality disorder, the Bible often describes as demonic possession, and if psychiatric treatment can’t fix what’s wrong with Bill Schmalfeldt, perhaps an exorcism could.
On the other hand, perhaps Bill Schmalfeldt is not crazy, but merely evil and, having decided to make war on God, has abandoned all hope of redemption. Keep that in mind when, for example, you read John Hoge’s account of Schmalfeldt’s most recent embarassment: Having boldly predicted Wednesday that the Maryland Court of Appeals would by Friday overturn Hoge’s peace order against him, Schmalfeldt finds his prediction to be mistaken. But did Bill learn anything from his mistake? No, he’s incapable of learning any lesson, or even acknowledging his errors, because he refuses to take responsibility for his own actions, always choosing instead to attribute his failures to wrongs or unfairness he blames on others. Bill Schmalfeldt knows he is doomed to Hell.
Of course @Vermontaigne is actually our good friend Dan Collins, who changed his screen name and photo to Carl DeLong (Kimberlin’s 1978 bombing victim) after Kimberlin sued us. But you see that Schmalfeldt refuses to acknowledge the fact that his “excellent friend” Brett Kimberlin has spent the past 20 years cheating DeLong’s widow out of the wrongful death settlement she won in court.
Meanwhile, Dan makes mocking reference to two of Brett Kimberlin’s most wicked lies: First, Kimberlin has falsely claimed he was secretly exonerated of his crimes. As investigative journalist Matthew Vadum has said, “A record of this surreptitious pardon is bound to surface any day now, delivered by a leprechaun in a unicorn-pulled stage coach.” Second, Kimberlin has falsely claimed that he won a lawsuit against Mark Singer, author of Citizen K: The Deeply Weird American Journey of Brett Kimberlin. That never happened, either.
Honest and intelligent people know what Brett Kimberlin did and why Brett Kimberlin did it, but if Bill Schmalfeldt is intelligent — we stipulate the hypothetical — he is provably dishonest. Everybody knew that when Schmalfeldt harassed Aaron Walker and harassed Lee Stranahan, he was doing it to help Brett Kimberlin. For a long time, Schmalfeldt denied this. Then he accidentally admitted it:
Oops. So, what was his motive in harassing my wife in November? I believed at the time that Schmalfeldt was doing this at the behest of Neal Rauhauser, who had expressed interest in learning where I had moved when I left Maryland. If, by his hateful harassment — he sent me more than 200 hostile tweets in 48 hours — Schmalfeldt could provoke me into calling the cops, the police report would list my address and phone number, so that I would have in effect doxed myself.
Instead, I asked for intercessory prayer. Then, Schmalfeldt and his fellow Team Kimberlin members began publicly claiming I had not actually moved, as the basis of accusing me of “fraud.”
Oh. Oh, my goodness, Bill. Oh, my, my.
Then Brett Kimberlin sued and Schmalfeldt claimed I had been “served” in Maryland — a deliberate lie. When challenged to provide what’s called “proof of service” (which his “excellent friend” Brett Kimberlin would have, if it were true), Schmalfeldt was trapped.
Did Bill Schmalfeldt ever produce proof (none exists) that I have been served (I haven't) in Maryland (where I don't live)? @wjjhoge
— Robert Stacy McCain (@rsmccain) October 18, 2013
@FTRRadioNews @rsmccain You only need to produce proof if you don't want to be exposed as having lied about it. Which, kinda late for that.
— Pablo (@Pablo_1791) October 19, 2013
@Pablo_1791 Schmalfeldt was deliberately lying. He's been telling the same lie for months. He's caught and WHY? What was the MOTIVE?
— Robert Stacy McCain (@rsmccain) October 19, 2013
This is how people go to Hell, see?
Bill Schmalfeldt hates God and loves evil. He despises truth and embraces lies. And no matter how often such a person is caught, their hatred of God is so deep and their commitment to wickedness is so profound, they will never confess their sins, nor will they repent. You cannot hope for their deliverance, for they scorn the prayers of the faithful. Their satanic dishonesty delivers them to destruction.
Bon voyage, Bill.

I certainly dont know why you’re arguing FOR God, but I’m sorely tempted to speculate. 😉

Are there ANY leftists who are (intentionally) entertaining? I pose the question seriously.

Personally I believe the root of Schmalfeldt’s issues are his recognition of his irrelevance. Look at how he describes himself…winning bar fights, high powered media figure and journalist, very highly paid govt flack, etc. Now look at the reality of his life. He has been constantly outwitted by those he considers his intellectual inferiors, most notably by the Knot my Wisconsin folks and continuing with his humiliation in court at the hand of Mr. Hoge. He was banned (3 times!) from Daily Kos. The place he probably most expected to embrace him for his naked hatred of the “others”. He has been fired from the Examiner for personal attacks and unprofessionalism. I believe he found in Kimberlin what he thought to be his ticket to relevance. To be able to chronicle the plight of the poor downtrodden left wing activist besieged by the mean old people on the right. Bill was willing to put aside any morals he might have left in pursuit of what he considers his right..to be relevant. To be heard. To be seen as the fearless journalist taking on the enemies of the state. He is willing to become the “useful idiot” of Kimberlin in pursuit of his long sought after relevance. The vile attacks on the Stranahan family, the publishing of sealed discovery in the Walker case, the attacks on McCain, and the continuing harassment of Hoge are just part of his effort to be seen as a credible journalist. I truly believe he thought he would encounter no blowback from his efforts, but now that he has, the victim card is played with regularity as if to excuse his vile behavior. Bill has no inkling of the major blunder he has made and continues to make. He will find out. But, if past behavior is any indicator, he will memory hole everything he finds does not fit with is view of himself and continue his path to destruction.

Specifically he calls it “Lobotomy Sandwich Radio” which is a fairly gruesome cannibalistic Freudian slip. I asked him if he wanted a nice Chianti with that.

Narcissism and attention are their own rewards. BK and NR are getting BS’s services on the cheap. Don’t believe BS knows the endgame yet.
Usually, in the world of terrorism, actors like BS are told to drive a truck (laden with bombs, unbeknown to the driver) to the market to pick up some things. Upon arrival, the driver is blown up along with the truck. The question of whether God exists is answered very shortly thereafter.
Narcissism and attention are the hooks, martyrdom is the endgame.

NO. They’re just an insane clown posse. Any entertainment value is coincidental. Generally, watching them is like watching a train wreck. You don’t want to, but are compelled by the sheer horror of the event.

Many of us already know the answer. Problem is people like BS will never see God. Their first vision in the afterlife is the face of a demon that will begin his torment right after he hits bottom in the pit.
“Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord:….” Heb 12:14

I would rather argue for the right of Christians or any other religious group because I believe in the Constitution. Atheists have the right to believe there is no God. But they don’t have the right to force that belief on me or anyone else.
I’m still an agnostic, however I have deep sympathies for Christians. As a neutral party, it is clear to me that they are being actively attacked by our government. And I believe it is largely due to what I wrote above.
October 20th, 2013 @ 6:57 am
I probably could have stated it better. But the gist of it is: Governments know that if men believe in a God that allows them the natural right to defy him, then governments no longer have power over men. So God must be killed. And thus free will, will die with him.
Anyway, like I told TLK, I would rather argue for Christians than an Atheist who dishonestly claims to have a knowledge that no one could have. Or a government who would strip me of my rights the first chance they get.
October 20th, 2013 @ 7:16 am
As an aside, I do appreciate that you guys don’t give me shit about being an agnostic. I know this is a Christian Conservative blog and sometimes we get into disagreements. But I do recognize that you guys have always treated me with respect on that issue.

The custom of eating the brains of the honored dead led to a disease called “kuru”, or the laughing sickness. Best described as mad cow’s disease for people.
Just an observation, not intended as speculation as to what could be wrong with BS.
