Monkey see, monkey do — after months of cheerleading for Brett Kimberlin’s vexatious lawsuits, now Bill Schmalfeldt announces:
Today I have filed a lawsuit in the US District Court for the District of Maryland, Northern Division.
The defendants are:
WJJ Hoge III
Robert Stacy McCain
Nancy Gilly, aka “LibraryGryffon”
Paul H. Lemmen
Bettina Haper, aka “Black Betty”
Chris Heather, aka “Embryriddlealum” and any number of other sock puppets
Kyle Kiernan
Stephen R. Sheiko
Kimberly Dykes
The anonymous blogger calling itself “Paul Krendler”
I have filed under the following Claims for Relief.
1. Malicious Prosecution and Abuse of Process
2. Defamation and Libel
3. Harassment and Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress
Having not seen the complaint, I can’t imagine what manner of tortious injuries Schmalfeldt is claiming to have suffered from me.
My co-defendant John Hoge has no comment.
UPDATE: More ranting from the Neckless Troll:
They’re yukking it up over at Hogetown since I announced that I have filed a Federal lawsuit. A lot of the mindless sheep are bleating about wanting to be included. I can accommodate them. I imagine I have until such time as the case is officially docketed to change the list of defendants, so if you REALLY, REALLY want to be included, contact me with proof that you are you, and I will only be too happy to oblige.
Personally, I’m thrilled that I’m not being taken seriously. Wait until the summonses start arriving.
Yeah. Whatever, Bill. What I can’t wait for is when the complaint is posted. Should be good for a few laughs.
@rsmccain Vexatious lawsuit, can't imagine where he got such an idea…

it happened to me, too; my comment is gone. I actually feel better about it knowing that it happened to the brilliant Kyle Kiernan, too.

Indeed, he might should’ve waited till he had the correct names to put on that list before “filing” it…I’m sure those who aren’t who he thinks they are, will not be amused at being drug into his bullspit…

Look, there is one key and unarguable fact that is critical to this issue and want everyone to make sure that they are perfeclty clear on this central and vital point:
I made the list.

I am replying to this so this comment is near the top. Any of the defendants can contact me for free legal help at [email protected].
Stacy probably already knew this.

If the bullet doesn’t get them, the blast will.

Both oldest and newest.

Usually, when you make the list you’re suddenly recognized as somebody. In this case, not so much. That you got mentioned in a post here is far more important, even if the list was produced by a very low class individual.
May 21st, 2014 @ 7:37 pm
Yeah really! Just imagine his deflation when he realizes I made the list too. No more party, understanding that it really isn’t a high point if I’m there too …

Heh.

Listen, I’m no legal scholar but …
1. Malicious Prosecution and Abuse of Process—- if this refers to various injunctions issued by the courts against Mssr Schmalfeldt then isn’t that burden on the various judges who grant them? And if they weighed what was considered good faith evidence can even they be held at fault?
2. Defamation and Libel—— I believe that both of these have to do with impugning an inviduals good character so…….let’s just skip this one.
3. Harassment and Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress—- If a person inserts them self (oops) into something that doesn’t concern them and continually invites condemnation of their own hostile threats and actions then is such condemnation really harassment and isn’t the emotional distress at least partially self-inflicted?
I don’t no how much common sense comes into play during legal proceedings but I’m just not seeing Mssr. Schmalfeldts case here.
But hey….due process should make for interesting reading.

Waiting for the sound of that giant boulder falling through the air….splat!

Adjudication withheld due to the defendant’s long history of patriotism and good works for the benefit of society.
Bailiff call the next case.

From our host’s own banner….
“One should either write ruthlessly what one believes to be the truth, or else shut up.”
Seems to be a good formula.

If it’s filed in Maryland there might be one or two …hundred
