[live, unofficial transcript]
1002 Senator Jim DeMint introduced Rubio.
1004 The weather was a concern, but the government couldn’t meet to write new environmental regulations.
Blizzard best thing to happen to the economy in the last 12 months.
1007 He was not born to a wealthy family, but did not feel limited by the circumstances of his birth.
1008 When was the last time you heard of a boatload of American refugees arriving in another country.
1009 People with un-American ideas won the last election and have used fear of economic downturn as cover to fundamentally change America.
1011 The good news is that it didn’t take long for the American people to figure out the situation. Leaders at the highest levels of government are making a systematic effort to redefine the government at all levels. The people have figured it out and taken matters in their own hands. Tea Partys, Mass. election are the single greatest pushback in American history. Elected officials are out of touch.
1013 2010 elections are a referendum on the destiny of the country.
1014 Old tired attacks are not going to win elections. The people want leaders who will come to DC and stand up to the system, not be co-opted by it. The US Senate has one Arlen Specter too many. America doesn’t need two Democratic parties.
1015 If the goal is to make America a submissive member of the international community, then the people want us to fight it all the way.

Wow. I’ll embed the full speech as available. I hadn’t been a serious Marco Rubio booster previously, but I think the gentleman, if committed to serious structural improvement of the political system, has as much potential as any political conder.
He lacks the slickness of a Mitt Romney, and that’s a feature: America’s egalitarian attitude often mistrusts polish for its own sake. Sure, style, but Rubio brings more honest substance than many others.

Hi RS, I am watching the stream on ustream.
    and I saw the teleprompter.

It would be a great viral video if some speaker
would bring in some hotel towels and cover it up before speaking.

    Please make it happen…
