Rule 5 Sunday

Rule 5 is tanned, rested, and ready to rumble following a monster Sunday nap.

  • Instapundit was unimpressed with the Christina Hendricks kerfuffle last week:

s this really as much of a mystery as the story makes it sound?Firefly fans (“Our Mrs. Reynolds”), of course, caught on long before Mad Men informed the masses.

  • Troglopundit touts the fact that he was Danicablogging before it was cool. What Trog doesn’t understand about shamelessness is that, like hypocrisy, shamelessness achieves nirvana by pointing at a mere amateur and claiming they are worse. So this blog will cheerfully pile on the Troglopundit for his pathetic, groveling, sycophantic attempts to garner favor with Danica, while we await the magical Alyssa Milano retweet. I mean, look at this guy trying to go for the Sarah/Danica twofer. Trog was not afraid to divert from his Danica fixation for a bit of Christina Hendricks blogging.
  • Catching up with The Pirate’s Cove remains a source of fine cheesecake, but is unafraid to muster Julie Mancuso as required.
  • Smash Mouth Politics, our local Megan Fox expert, gives the finger to the thumb double in the Motorola commercial.
  • The Daley Gator points to Guns and Bikinis, that pressing existential threat to peanut butter and chocolate.
  • SI VIS PACEM brings you Mata Hari, for that Rule 5/History combination that keeps this post such a high-brow affair.
  • Andrew Ian Dodge, who disproved my suspicion that he is really Ozzy Osbourne at CPAC, but not by much, brought in some Rule 5 and background info on Doug Fieger and My Sharona.
  • Dustbury reminds us of Bonnie Hunt, a bonnie lass indeed. The Cindy Crawford follow-up was highly welcome.
  • House of Eratosthenese, in our science segment, elaborates on the waste/hip ratio discovery. Research, people: research.
  • American Power expends punctuation for “Gemma Atkinson!”
  • The Daley Gator sees American Power’s post, and raises things to the level of a full-on boob war. Although I think The Daley Gator referred to cleavage more than the participants. Oh, the ambiguity of English!
  • Three Beers Later followed up the BW declaration with a clip of Milena Miconi. And some Denise Milani.
  • Proof Positive opted for a PETA model and anti-favorite TOM advertisment personality.
  • American Power, possibly outgunned, replied in a cheeky fashion.
  • Yankee Phil seems to be using Fishersville Mike as a shotput target. Let’s keep this as geneteel as George Will column, gentlemen.
  • Power Line, possibly our most high-brow participant, posts concerning President of Costa Rica, Laura Chinchilla. Scroll down and see a hand gesture that preceeds either a veto or a lightning bolt, or perhaps both. Ladies in high office are teh hawt.
  • Fishersville Mike like country music and Sarah Buxton.
  • The Eye of Polyphemus points to Jessica Simpson in Allure.
  • Point of a Gun points out the hotties in the Keynes/Hayek video. I’ll confess that my rap threshold was crossed too early to make it that far at the first viewing.
  • Honesty in Motion highlighted Ukrainian PM Yulia Tymoshenko. She’d be a dish without the braids, but they are quite distinctive, no?
  • Paco serves up the Dinning Sisters. We need a command performance at CPAC next year from The Enterprising One.
  • Proof Positive brings you Brooke Langton.
  • The Classic Liberal coaxes a fix for unemployment from Blake Lively. Then he throws out a Hey Ladies clip from the Beastie Boys. A fun track from a while back.
  • Nation of Cowards posts a tribute to Lindsey Vonn.
  • GrEaT sAtAn”S gIrLfRiEnD has another winged hottie, along with a really smart Afghanistan post, under all that gnarly talk.
  • The Reganite Republican Resistance brings you Eva Herzigová. I sat next to a college student from the Czech Republic during Beck’s CPAC closer, and can attest that the water there must be fine indeed.
  • Trainwife1962 thought that Mike Pence was Rule 5 material, from the Blogger Row Q&A.
  • The Camp of the Saints is rockin’ the Rule 5:
  • Here’s My Thing brings the Jennifer Aniston.
  • The Pegu Blog featured a fine libation cartoon of sorts.

Please send updates to Smitty for inclusion.
