Treat yourself to a taste of what journalism should have been. Trying to quote the most outrageous bit is futile. The Orwellian, purple DC haze machine belches early and builds to a fine fog by finish.
If we tolerate this form of government-by-swindle, think of what awaits. 5- and 10k-page bills. Government by fiat. Everyone legislated to like it. The braveness, the newness, the worldliness, the hope, the change.
Jim Moran, my VA-8 tool, already sports the beastly mark. Having it all come down to a dozen-ish Blue Dogs is less than appealing.
