Dan Riehl links a Fox News article that seems to indicate an orderly process for absentee vote counts is planned in Alaska’s primary. Landing real soon now, however, and planning one of his entrances:

Update: Via Ace, the count of the primary is mostly secure.

Update II: (via Insty) Would the loss of both Bennett in Utah and Murkowski in Alaska make Mitch McConnell look like a doof, ‘unexpectedly’? According to The Examiner, yes.

The Alaska result is above all a blow to Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell. As with the primary defeat of Utah’s Bob Bennett in the spring, challenger Joe Miller’s likely win replaces a close McConnell confidant with an unaccommodating conservative.

McConnell’s only in trouble if he, like BHO, fails to realize that the time for Progressive fannying about is over, done, don’t-make-us-stick-another-dork-in-it.

UPDATE III (RSM): Smitty originally used a video that auto-played every time someone clicked on the page. Thus, it’s been replaced by something equally appropriate.

    Having trouble with the imagery. If RSM is Eddie the ex delivery boy, this Alaska trip doesn’t end well, no matter what the entrance. If RSM is Dr. Frank-N-Furter, then RSM has got some ‘splainin’ to do, perhaps most particularly to Mrs. Other McCain. He can’t be Brad Majors, ‘cuz RSM didn’t bring Mrs. Other McCain, and Brad clearly is ‘with’ Janet.
    I think I noticed a resemblance between Lisa Murkowski, and Transvestite-Frank-N-Furter, but then, her daddy IS Frank, so maybe there’s a reverse ‘Psycho’ going on.
    Gotta go, the midnight picture show is about to start. Watch your back RSM.

    Sigh. Years of what might pass for hardwork proving to the jurno-elites that RSM may be a semi-reformed wildass southern redneck, but he’s not a stupid semi-reformed wildass southern redneck, wasted when he allowed Smitty to throw up one of those supremely irritating self-activating links to “music” that even raises the arches of people so lowbrow that they pluck their uni-brow by stepping on them with their size 11 Redwings. Sigh. (The fact that I’ve watched this movie several times while under the influence of some substance or other should not reflect on my comment or own stupidity. Don’t need help with that one. Thank you very much though.)

    Absentee vote counts it will be a landslide for Lisa Murkowski she will win by 150000 votes but sorry even if anyone questions the numbers the ES&S (Dibold) machines don’t have a recount capability, even though the voting machine were made by the same company that makes ATM in America, and we all know that ATM machines don’t have the ability to give us a receipt.

    Bobby Darin was an ass.

    He stole a song from my mother. She wrote “Cinderella Rock”, played it for him at a club, he kept asking her to play it again…and later a version of it appeared in “Gidget”.

    My singer/songwriter brother is much more paranoid than Mama…but so what? If Darin’s in Heaven…which seems unlikely…I’m a gonna kick his ass when I meet him.
