He just gave his two weeks’ notice at AOL’s Politics Daily, saying “AOL has vastly underestimated the public perception . . . that Huffington is a far-left liberal,” and adding:

I am incredibly blessed to be joining a terrific organization in The Daily Caller. I look forward to learning from its founder and editor in chief, Tucker Carlson . . .

Lesson One among the things Lewis will be learning from Tucker Carlson: How to tie a bow tie.

Say what you will about Tucker, he doesn’t talk like Zsa Zsa Gabor.

    I saw Tucker Carlson on a news program last night, and he wasn’t wearing a bow time. I almost didn’t recognize him.

    For a progressive who thinks the Internet is increasingly driving the narrative, this is heartening. For a conservative, it’s terrifying. Allen West is on to something.

    I believe a writer for Townhall and Human Events would have a more influential role to play for the conservative cause if he were at at the new AOL than at the Daily Caller.
