Wow. I never thought I’d see the day when I agreed more with Tucker Carlson than with Krauthammer.

    Krauthammer has dropped considerably in my estimation.  I used to think he was an intelligent guy, but lately…not so much.

     Krauthammer has always struck me as the sort of Republican who is so certain of how smart he is that he ends up being stupid by  over thinking crap trying to prove his intelligence. He is so quick to dismiss  some candidates as unelectable. It is thinking like that which led to nominating the easily electable McCain in 2008. Oh wait, he went from electable to too old, too this, too that as soon as the nomination process ended. We can not let fools in the media tell us who to nominate. That includes fools like Krauthammer who nominally are on our side.

    He’s got his Beltway blinders on. Lots of the “expert” pundits see it the same way. But as I said a couple of days ago, they’re looking at the wrong metrics. What counts is how Cain connects with the grassroots in Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina, etc.

    Let’s point out that (a) there are 116 Godfather’s Pizza restaurants in Iowa, and (b) Herman Cain has already made 17 trips to Iowa during this campaign cycle. If his fundraising goes well — and he’ll have 40 days before the end of June, when the second quarter ends — even the “expert” pundits may be forced to reassess their opinions.

    Putting Herman’s name and ”Entertainment” in the same sentence got my blood boiling.   ”well Robbyahm, did you know he was a talk radio show host?” yeah, for how long? he was more than that before, great record of accomplishment in bussiness and actual college degrees, Rush been around in radio since he was in diaper and thats about it, he skipped out on college (dont knock me on Rush, I like him too, just stating the fact) btw I dont mean to insinuate Kraut with Racism. he just got me angry.

    So who is Krauthammer supporting? Daniels, I think, but he’d also probably be all right with Romney, Newt, Pawlenty or Huntsman. I’m wondering if maybe we should go easy on all these guys so maybe, just maybe, they’d cancel each other out if they’re all encouraged to stay in. You know Bachman is going to give Herman a run for his money, and if Sarah gets in, forget about it. I’m thinking the more RINOs in there, the better.

    I’m still thinking Palin, and for VP one of the following-Cain, West, Rubio, or maybe even Bolton. Don’t discount Walker either.

    You’re right. Krauthammer has become so enamored with his own overinflated opinion of himself and his “take” on things that he refuses to listen to what others have to say.  I think Krauthammer will be eating a healthy helping of Crow before it’s all said and done.

     The Cain Doctrine regarding Israel is exactly what I have wanted for years!  I love this guy.  I really can’t see anyone else on the horizon that makes me even slightly enthused.  Go Cain!

    Krauthammer wants to back who he thinks likely to win, or be close to winning.  He does not want to risk picking who is best (only to have that candidate lose) .  Most pundits are that way.  Krauthammer is no different than the rest of them.

    Ever since I read somewhere that Krauthhammer worked for Mondale, I no longer trust his judgment.  I don’t understand why everyone thinks he’s a Conservative.   At best, I think he’s another rino.

    Krauthammer’s views, like Will’s, are generally conservative. 

    But he is an establishment Republican who thinks the unwashed mass of tea partiers and conservatives cannot be trusted.

    Palin or no Palin, I look forward for some good entertainment during this season’s GOP primaries now that Cain and Bachmann are in. Lets hope their ‘conservative’ passions will be revealed in unvarnished glory for all to see.
