Ah, so Greece’s problems are finally solved! Except, um, no they aren’t. They are getting more money from the pot, enough so their banks don’t collapse and their pharmacists can be paid months of back money from the state. But they have yet to implement the most stringent reforms, which will meet ever more violent street protests, and still have unemployment near 25% and are in the sixth year of their new permanent recession.

The deal enables the ECB & IMF to pretend Greece will implement those measures and have its debt down to 120% of GDP by 2022 (instead of the previous mandatory goal of 2020 to get more cash), which is more a product of pure imagination than actual calculation. They are kicking the can down the road yet again, pretending the brick wall at the dead end does not exist.
