#ObamaCare Buzzword Compliance

Posted on | February 12, 2014 | 42 Comments

by Smitty

Via Drudge:

Obama officials made clear in a press briefing that firms would not be allowed to lay off workers to get into the preferred class of those businesses with 50 to 99 employees. How will the feds know what employers were thinking when hiring and firing? Simple. Firms will be required to certify to the IRS – under penalty of perjury – that ObamaCare was not a motivating factor in their staffing decisions. To avoid ObamaCare costs you must swear that you are not trying to avoid ObamaCare costs. You can duck the law, but only if you promise not to say so.

ObamaCare is a river of lies, with headwaters in hell. You are now drowning in it.

Some people have had changes in behavior, hostility, agitation, depressed mood, suicidal thoughts or actions while using ObamaCare to help them get “quality” healthcare. Some people had these symptoms when they began taking ObamaCare, and others developed them after several weeks of treatment by ObamaCare. If you, your family, or caregiver notice agitation, hostility, depression, or changes in behavior, thinking, or mood that are not typical for you, or you develop suicidal thoughts or actions, anxiety, panic, aggression, anger, mania, abnormal sensations, hallucinations, paranoia, or confusion, stop taking ObamaCare and call your private paid doctor right away. Also tell your doctor about any history of depression or other mental health problems before taking ObamaCare, as these symptoms may worsen while taking ObamaCare.

Some people can have serious skin reactions while taking ObamaCare, some of which can become life-threatening. These can include rash, swelling, redness, rectal bleeding, and peeling of the skin. Some people can have allergic reactions to ObamaCare, some of which can be life-threatening and include: swelling of the face, mouth, and throat that can cause trouble breathing and the shriveling and falling off of the penis and testicles. If you have these symptoms or have a rash with peeling skin or blisters in your mouth or rectal areas, stop taking ObamaCare and get private self paid medical attention right away.

Heh! Thanks for the smile you put on my face Joe! BTW, please continue to use the DeRP avatar as long as you like even though the DeRP blog is no longer going to be updated or new posts published. The last post for both DeRP and Dead Citizen’s Rights Society was published yesterday due to my inability to maintain them further.

It goes without saying that on top of the illegality of changing the law via executive fiat, this stipulation that motive is now an issue regarding taking advantage of tax laws has already been weighed in the judicial balances and found wanting. Federal Courts ruled years ago that there is no duty to pay more taxes than you owe or to refrain from availing yourself of the benefits of various tax laws and regulations.

Any one may so arrange his affairs that his taxes shall be as low as possible; he is not bound to choose that pattern which will best pay the Treasury; there is not even a patriotic duty to increase one’s taxes.

    Helvering v. Gregory, 69 F.2d 809, 810-11 (2d Cir. 1934). (Learned Hand, J.)

Boy, this sounds familiar… I think I’ve heard something like this before…
    Oh, yes! Here it is:
    “Directive 10-289 –
In the name of the general welfare, to protect the people’s security, to achieve full equality and total stability, it is decreed for the duration of the national emergency that:

Point One. All workers, wage earners and employees of any kind whatsoever shall henceforth be attached to their jobs and shall not leave nor be dismissed nor change employment, under penalty of a term in jail. The penalty shall be determined by the Unification Board, such Board to be appointed by the Bureau of Economic Planning and National Resources. All persons reaching the age of twenty-one shall report to the Unification Board, which shall assign them to where, in its opinion, their services will best serve the interests of the nation.

Point Two. All industrial, commercial, manufacturing and business establishments of any nature whatsoever shall henceforth remain in operation, and the owners of such establishments shall not quit nor leave nor retire, nor close, sell or transfer their business, under penalty of the nationalization of their establishment and of any and all of their property.”
That Ayn Rand was such a crazy!!

I found this gem responding to the controversy about the Noah movie, but it applies almost as well to ObamaCare. Could you imagine a Hollywood director-producer saying something like this today? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o8iNvzzak5U

So, what will the IRS do if some businesses politely decline to sign the aforementioned affidavits, saying that the IRS has no legal standing to require them to? Are they willing to take this one to court?

  26. RichPowers
    February 12th, 2014 @ 3:43 pm

And now Obama can use the IRS to target businesses who speak out against his policies…..

  27. DaveO
    February 12th, 2014 @ 4:30 pm

IRS has its own courts. “Legal standing” doesn’t mean much to an agency with its own courts and the legal freedom to lie to Congress. Judges outside the IRS system generally don’t want themselves and all they hold dear to become subject to the IRS courts either. The oprichniki are very, very ruthless.

This is a stealth way of addressing “income inequality.” A business owner cannot make rational decisions to maximize his return on his own investment, but is forced by new regulations to behave in a manner counterproductive to those interests. That’s because business owners are inherently evil and must be eliminated.

“Obama officials made clear in a press briefing that firms would not be allowed to lay off workers to get into the preferred class of those businesses with 50 to 99 employees.”

How does this not meet exactly the specific definition of Fascism?
How is this legal? Surely these companies have legal standing to sue the Federal government over this.

How does it meet the definition of “fascism”? “Fascism” was not there to help the workers. It was there to help the employers. Fascism is not socialism. The fact that you need to be constanly reminded of this get’s stale. This stipulation to he law is clearly there to protect employees from being terminated.
