INVASION: European Union Faces ‘Millions of Potential Refugees’

Posted on | September 24, 2015 | 31 Comments

Syrian refugees enter Hungary last month.

The European Union could collapse unless emergency measures are taken to halt the invasion of Muslim immigrants, which is likely to grow worse, an official warned Wednesday:

Donald Tusk, president of the European Council, warned the EU was now facing a “critical point” and that the migrant crisis hadn’t even reached its peak.
As he chaired an emergency meeting of EU leaders in Brussels last night Mr Tusk painted a bleak picture of the EU’s future, saying the 28-member bloc was on the verge of breakdown with “recriminations and misunderstanding” pitting nations against one another.
The future of free movement was at stake, he said, as the continent had lost control of its borders as well as a “sense of order”.
He added: “The most urgent question we should ask ourselves…is how to regain control of our external borders.
“Otherwise, it doesn’t make sense to even speak about common migration policy.” . . .
“Today we are talking about millions of potential refugees trying to reach Europe, not thousands.
“It is likely that more refugees will flow towards Europe, not less. Especially as almost all of them feel invited to Europe.” . . .
More than half a million migrants have arrived in Europe so far this year, and experts believe the total figure for 2015 could top one million.

In 1973, the French novelist Jean Raspail’s book The Camp of the Saints depicted an eerily similar scenario. Widely condemned as “racist,” Raspail’s book was a sort of right-wing samizdat when I first read it 20 years ago. Much like The Bell Curve, it was one of those Books You’re Not Supposed to Read. Yet now the daily headlines seem as if they were scripted by Raspail, and I wonder if he has gotten due credit for having so clearly prophesied this crisis.

Collapse of the EU might be the one good thing that comes out of this thing.

If he has as much of a fortune as most novelists — which is to say, none — then he should start a GoFundMe or something like that, so that people can express tangible gratitude.

So much for the “Schengen Area” and EU’s notion that borders were some backward, unenlightened relic that they had outgrown. Another recent example of reality not complying with the European received wisdom.

I brought the book a couple of moths back and its next on my reading list.

Dipped into the first few chapters, its dark and hopeless, and spot on.

Theres a recent interview with him at this link, he hasnt succumbed to hope’nchange since he wrote the book.

“….Is the seriousness of the problem being kept from the French people?

Yes. Starting with the politicians in charge first of all! Publicly “everything’s going well, Madame Marquessa”. But behind closed doors, they acknowledge that “yes, you’re right: there is a real problem”. I have several edifying letters on this subject from prominent leftist politicians, from those on the right too, to whom I sent the Camp of the Saints. “But you understand: we can’t say it ..”

Bit more, but read the whole link.

“…You don’t believe in a sudden new beginning, as has occurred many times in the history of France?

No. It would require an epic spirit, an appreciation of an elevated destiny for a sudden new beginning to be possible in France. It would require people to still believe in their country. I don’t see many of them left. At least reforming from top to bottom the national education system and the audio-visual media, taking away the platform from the teachers and the journalists who are participating in the disinformation… We have desacralised the idea of the nation, the exercise of power, the past of the country. We have put cracks in the statue of France, we have disfigured it (expecially the Left!) to the point where nothing inspires respect any more. The power of the false ideas disseminated by the national education system and the media is boundless. But as for me, I have lived in France for 1500 years, I’m OK with what is mine, and I’ve no desire for it to change…”

Nor is this occurring by accident.

The refugees (about 20% are Syrian; the rest are piggybacking on the Syrian situation) are skipping over Muslim countries and heading for Germany. Why? The Germans are idiot socialists who give handouts. Also, the Muslim countries won’t accept them, and kick them along to the EU as a way to further Islamize the West.

Saudi Arabia simply doesn’t accept refugees. However (and this is the part people should notice but DON’T), the Saudis are willing to send Germany enough cash to build a couple hundred new mosques for the refugees to pray in.

Western Civilization will be the first civilization to collapse due to a fear of being called bad names.

What a stupid time to be alive.

I don’t see it happening. The Eurotrash is simply too invested to allow something as minor as reality to get in the way.

Reading TCOTS, I am struck by the sort of hollowing out of the societies by the enemies within, so that when the invaders finally do arrive, almost nobody is willing to defend France.

I see the same thing happening today: our President hates the country over which he presides, our education system teaches self-hatred, our legacy media is blame America first. We’re not yet Europe, but we are a fast follower.

The disreputable Mr. Sailer provided the precise metaphor: flash mob. The responsible parties are the European governments themselves, especially Germany, who sent political signals that the refugees would be welcomed or at least not molested. Hungary’s has been the only government that stood fast. They’re going to have to use live ammunition if their to stop this.

Live ammunition would be the best way to deal with these Invaders.

But, of course, those in Power And Control in Europe will not repel the Invasion. These Ideologues want The West to fall. They see these invaders as Gog and Magog…

7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,
8 and shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.
9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them. From the Authorized KJV.

    …and the Ideologues are Satan.

As the Hungarians are Finno-Ugric, I wouldn’t put it past them to start using live ammo. They didn’t survive the Indo-European immivasion by being gentle and squeamish.

This invasion isn’t merely a population incongruous to Europe. Look at the pictures of the Yazidi refugees – you see a cross section, if anything there are fewer young men than one might expect, they have stayed behind to fight. But the “Syrian” (reports say only 20% have Syrian passports) refugees trying to get into Europe are 70% military age males. The picture above does show a few women and children, but a distinct lack of older people. And others from all sources reflect the same young, angry, males disproportionately represented.

Nah, probably just a coincidence or something.

I think it was intended as a warning – but so was Jeremiah.

The Saudis never have accepted refugees, they write checks. But these are likely mostly economic refugees anyway, and the minority actually from Syrian probably includes a number of ISIS sleeper agents.

Quite so. We need to end subsidy of a public education structure that undermines our own culture, and turn to vouchers. Like the VA & EPA, public education is too far gone to effectively reform.
