CLEVELAND
So I went down to Public Square today to see what the protest scene was like and you have never seen so many police in one place in all your life. If there were 1,500 people there, 300 of them were protesters, 400 were media covering the protests, and 800 were cops. This was cool, because the protesters absolutely hate cops. That’s basically what the protest was about — hating cops, hating capitalism, hating America quite generally, because the protesters are Communists:

“There will be no peace unless there is justice,” Professor Cornell West said Tuesday in a speech to an anti-police rally here organized by the Revolutionary Communist Party (RCP). Speaking through a megaphone amid a crowd of protesters gathered at Public Square in downtown Cleveland, West invoked “the legacy of white supremacy in this country that goes back 400 years” to condemn police.
West spoke in front of a giant RCP banner declaring, “Time to Get Organized for an ACTUAL Revolution. STOP MURDER BY POLICE.” Activists with the RCP held aloft signs that read, “America Was NEVER Great! We Need to OVERTHROW This System!”

    I’m doing great! I called the winner of the last five Presidential elections in a row, if you include “too close to call” in 2000 (and I do). Too bad I don’t gamble beyond a couple bucks for a big lottery jackpot, or a beer-pint bet with a friend; I could’ve made some money.

    No, it’s only the last month that they openly admit that this due process stuff is a bunch of baloney. Of course they’ve been going after it for years.

    What was the Congressional sit-in about, but depriving citizens of civil rights without due process, i.e. a bureaucrat’s determination?

    Doesn’t matter, so long as he has that (R) next to his name, and so long as he infuriates the left.

    Remember, to a progressive, the personal is political. They’re politics are all about the feelz. They don’t think about it much, it’s entirely visceral.

    Hate Trump, and they’ll do everything they can to block him.

    Undoubtably true, but I personally have trouble believing that anyone, short of Satan, can lie like a Clinton. And sure, Bill’s lies are about where Mr. Winky has been, among other things, but Hill is a liar and a murderer*, and even though Trump lies like a rug, he can’t hold a candle to Hill in the evil liar department. I don’t think anyone in the history of the world can.

    * I think Bill is an accessory, and Hill is the demoniac who is really driving the train. That’s my opinion.

    You can get zinc plated “Mag Spikes” From Forestry Suppliers in MS. Quite durable and I’ve used them as survey points for years and been able to find my old points years after having set them.

    Trump is a man without honor and integrity. He is a shameless opportunist.

    However, he is also not Hillary. Trump is a loose cannon, but I expect Republicans and Democrats to work against the worst excesses of his ego. They will not against Hillary.
