Bob Belvedere Hates Trees While Being The Most Beautiful Man On The Planet

I am nearly reduced to a weeping outburst of Smalley-ism:

*sniff* Thank you *sniff*

In better news, the Kindle version is actually perking now. I made what was a not unreasonable, yet wrong, assertion when it jumped me from CreateSpace.com to Kindle Direct Publish: that it new I was the author. As I tried to submit the .pdf without a listed author, they kicked it back to me about five times before I contacted them via email to see if we could dance a Whiskey Tango Foxtrot.

I blame Dan Collins. (Whose book you should buy, BTW: I picked up two copies when it first came out.)

I can’t find the Kindle version. Is there a link to it?

I had not realized when I made the purchase that it would help kill a tree – now my day is really made special!

I don’t care about the trees. Books on my kindle just take up less room and I can read it in the dark.

The glow gives you away when your mother comes in to check on you. Hiding under the covers doesn’t work either.

I found a t-shirt that reminds me of your avatar, and the fact that you are a tree-killing, very bad man.

I’m sure I will eventually get something like the Kindle, just for convenience sake, but I plan on still buying a hard copy of whatever I purchase for it because I just love owning books.

I like that answer.  There’s a Live Oak preserve run by the National Park Service called Naval Live Oaks near Pensacola Florida that is a very interesting place.

I believe it was from eastern Georgia that the live oak used [and still used] in the USS Constitution was harvested.

Bet they all got chiggers something fierce working there.

A good number sent down to harvest the lumber died and slaves had to be called into to finish the culling.

    Probably Bush’s fault.

Now I’m gonna have to go read all about it.

I keep a tire fire going out back to use as light.
