Quite apparent that they are further trying to drive that wedge between whites and minorities by insinuating, based on the testimony of another partisan hack, that this administration is willfully favoring blacks over whites. Of course, this fits neatly into the Tea Bagger paranoia narrative that resulted from the election of the first African-American President. The unfounded fears of a President seeking “payback” for the evils of the past is ,to me, one of the funniest narratives Cons have tried to perpetuate.
The summer has been slow by way of news cycles, and Fox has not missed a beat in drumming up another blatantly divisive meme to fill the void.
