Did Bibi Diss Obama?

That’s what Jeffrey Goldberg says, but Professor William Jacobson springs to the defense of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Yet it is also reported that Netanyahu feels disrespected by President Obama, so that the question is, “Who dissed whom?”

All in all, this atmosphere of mutual disrespect bodes ill for prospects of Mideast peace, arousing suspicions that Obama is purposefully attempting to provoke Netanyahu, just as there are suspicions that perhaps Obama’s speech incited Palestinian unrest.
