    Glenn’s chalkboard reminded me of the “Sunrise Semester” college lectures that I saw as a child on early AM TV( but only when I turned the tube on looking for Captain Kangaroo).

    Glenn’s is more of a “Sunset Semester”. 🙂

    Damn, I’m old: I saw the Zappa/Pardo thing live when it was first broadcast and used to watch Sunrise Semester…sorry, have to go and wax my walker.

    Zappa was oh so right in that song about television’s influence – even if he was doing it tongue-in-cheek! Great connection to GB’s chalkboard ……..
