Counter-Factual Assertions

Posted on | May 17, 2012 | 14 Comments

Dylan Byers of Politico promotes (or at least calls for a discussion of) the Left’s latest propaganda campaign: The assertion that the polarization of American politics is entirely the fault of extremists who allegedly have pulled the Republican Party rightward. This is both (a) untrue, and (b) a transparent effort by the Left to scapegoat its antagonists for a problem the Left and its Democratic Party allies have caused.

Do not permit yourself to be deceived by this humbug, and do not trust any “conservative” who cedes an inch to this vicious lie.

The Democrats are all disorganized and demoralized right now.  How about we take advantage of it?

And GOP’s in congress, you are rolling over on the Keystone Pipeline (over ride of Obama’s ban of it) and allowing tracking devices into our cars (and making it a crime to disable them).  Get a back bone.  Fix that legislation or kill it.  I am losing my appetite.

And so your counter assertion(s) got to be… factual!

    Dude, get a life.

The President’s latest budget proposal lost 414-0 in the House and 99-0 in the Senate.  That puts him on the extreme fringe of politics.

Here in CA one of the GOP candidates in my CD is running even though he has endorsed one of the Dem candidates in the same race.  Contemptible vote-splitting little hustler.

Any person on the right who doesn’t understand that the Left is constantly using The Big Lie tactic and that whatever they accuse us of is exactly what they themselves are doing is a fool.

This is a great showing of bipartisanship. Repubs and Dems are united in their mutual unanimous rejection of the president’s communistic budget.

i looked at alternet this morning and they think they have a “scientific” study on THE CONSERVATIVE BRAIN.  They always like to cloak their obnoxious views as “scientific” – i suppose somebody is supposed to be impressed.   Anybody remember “scientific socialism” ?????

How about those folks out there who like to expose PSEUDO-SCIENCE get on the stick and expose these jerks.   Who funds this garbage ? Who promotes this garbage ? What are their political connections ?

The fact is that if you end up on the radar screen of the Left, they consider you a fascist, and that you need to be destroyed, and that end justifies ANY means they might care to employ. They will just make up stuff, and then feed it to their pals in the press, who think it is witty, and could care less about whether you said it or not, so they publish it.
So read the section HARDBALL in M. Stanton Evans “Blacklisted by History” and you will see how they do it. And today they have the internet – but the same strategy and tactics.

The the authors Thomas Mann and Norman Ornstein cited in the Politico article rely on a program that groups legislators by votes. They then insert a bias not inherent to the program, that bias being that the Social Democrats are on the whole centrists and therefore the Republicans are extreme right. Once again just because Pol Pot is to ones left doesn’t make one a centrist.

I denounce Barack Obama’s literary agent as a wing nut for making this vile birther story an issue!

Politico is not a “news” outlet.  It is a leftist propaganda site, founded by hacks who were also charter members of the secret cabal known as “Journolist,” a group of leftist reporters communicating to “manage the message” so that news reports were always explained in terms of leftist ideology and talking points.  They wanted multiple sources to portray each story in the same way to establish that in the public mind as the truth, although it was not.  They specifically wanted to avoid allowing people to see “unexplained” facts and make up their own minds what they meant.

It was an off-the-books attempt to turn reporting into a delivery system for leftist agitprop.  Once it was exposed, it disbanded, but was without doubt recreated in another form, with tighter security as to who was admitted on it, and their nefarious propagandizing continues to this day.  The Soviets and Nazis have nothing on our leftist media when it comes to The Big Lie.

Every word at Politico should be treated as suspect.  They should never be linked by anyone who cares about honesty.  They are nothing but lying leftist scum.
