Correction of the Day

What they’re worried about at GOP-HQ:

“To be clear, the RNC neither asked, offered, thought of or ever considered the idea of Lady Gaga performing at our convention. And clearly, we didn’t offer a million dollars. The story is actually referencing an event by American Action Network, an independent group that is no way affiliated or connected to the Republican National Committee or Republican Convention.”

Nice of them to clear up that important issue.

Whew, I feel so much better since that’s all cleared up! Maybe now they’ll move on to real issues, but probably not. Sigh @smitty_one_each

A woman who drapes herself with my dead relatives is a monster.

Her music sucks and she also ripped off her act from Madonna.

If she went with pork cuts, rumor has it she uses vinegar and not mustard. Which is of course a blasphemy. But her sexual proclivities are not really an issue, at least in South Carolina.

I’m guessing they got her confused with “Lady Ag Ag,” who would be a performer on the “Big Agriculture” circuit.

Oh, thank God, that was my big problem with the RNC. I take back everything I’ve ever said.

    Or don’t.

The first and last thing she ever did that was any good was when she played AJ Soprano’s friend in “The Tell-Tale Mozzadel”, during which she never said a word.

    Who, IMO, also sucks.

How pathetic is that ripping off an act that is was a rip off in the first place!

    Silly question.

Why would anyone give money to the American Action Network from an e-mail fundraiser after they find out the American Action’s network thinks the best use of their $10 is hiring Lady Gaga?
