    Probably a bit of both Wombat. Drink some schnapps. Eat some good, heavy German food (some schnitzel mit Spinatspatzeln would be nice). Drink some good bier then more schnapps. Sleep a lot. It may not make you healthy but it will brighten your day. Especially the schnapps …
