Supporters of the Islamic State have taken to Twitter to mock claims the terrorist organisation is luring women into its fold using kittens and Nutella.
The original claim was made by CNN’s Newsroom anchor Carol Costello on Wednesday during a piece on how ISIS twists and manipulates its image to present living in the vast swathes of Syria and Iraq currently under the group’s control as being a pleasant experience.
The accusation was that women are falling for ISIS’ use of images and videos of cute cats to make the Sunni extremists appear less intimidating, and have been duped into thinking life under the terror is similar to the West thanks to references to eating Nutella in emoji-strewn Twitter posts.
“ISIS is talking online about jars of Nutella, pictures of kittens and emojis. These three images are, in part, helping ISIS recruiters lure Westerners into their fight because they want people to believe their life on the battlefield isn’t so different than yours.”

Well, cats can be weapons of mass destruction, to furniture, drapes, carpets and a whole host of other things!
But really, don’t we ALL love kittens? So aren’t we ALL really complicit in ISIS’s evil…?

If it weren’t for airports and waiting rooms, CNN would have no audience at all.
I can’t recall seeing CNN on in any waiting rooms for quite some time. At my wife’s back doctor’s office they won’t put any news programs on in the waiting room. They claim it’s for fear of raising blood pressure. Oddly enough the only waiting room TV I’ve seen FNC on in years is her cardiologist.
CNN seems to have a PR problem in the middle east right now. So does Obama, big surprise.
Heh. Our car dealership’s waiting area for repairs usually has either CNN on or the soaps.
They were supposed to make Saddam look good. They had one job. ONE job!
Likely an attempt to make customers drowsy so that when they get that repair bill…

Once CNN went over to the “darkside,” and became a PROPAGANDA organ for the Clintons, they have been on the bottom of the rung regarding truthfulness and integrity. CNN to this day, as rejected the TRUTH in order to carry the democrat water of PROPAGANDA and Bull Schumer.

Boy, is that true. One time I went into my cardiologist for a routine checkup. He had CNN on. Rich Sanchez was babbling some leftist bull. I had to take my book and go outside to wait.
This may have serious implications for all the crazy cat ladies out there. A visit from the 82nd Airborne would be no laughing matter!
Must be nice for Turner to have so much money he can run CNN without worrying about viewership.

Have you noticed? CNN has put their anchor babes — Christi Paul and stolen-from-Fox Alisyn Camarotta — in the short skirts for our viewing pleasure. Now they just need to work on getting them out from behind the anchor desks more often.
