Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez: Islamic Terrorist Kills 4 Marines in Tennessee

Posted on | July 16, 2015 | 43 Comments

Just the quick facts:

A gunman unleashed a barrage of gunfire at two military facilities Thursday in Chattanooga, killing four Marines, officials told CBS News. The suspect also was killed.

He was a 24-year-old immigrant:

NBC News reports that Abdulazeez is a naturalized U.S. citizen originally from Kuwait. . . .
The Associated Press says he lived in Hixson, Tennessee, which is a few miles from Chattanooga. . . .
He was arrested on April 21, 2015 for driving under the influence in Hamilton County, Tennessee, according to the Chattanoogan.com. . . .
The case is being investigated as possible “domestic terrorism” and the FBI is leading the probe.

UPDATE: Jim Hoft at Gateway Pundit reports that ISIS-affiliated Twitter accounts are celebrating the Chattanooga attack and promising more, including one threat aimed at Berlin.

UPDATE II: Donald Douglas at American Power:

Islamic State Tweeted Warning Ahead of
#Chattanooga Terror Attack: ‘O American Dogs!’

The FBI official statement:

The FBI’s Knoxville Field Office, along with the Chattanooga Police Department and other law enforcement partners, are working jointly to investigate today’s shootings at a military recruitment center and a reserve center in Chattanooga, Tennessee in which four individuals were killed and three injured. The shooter, Mohammod Youssuf Abdulazeez, 24, is also deceased. While it would be premature to speculate on the motives of the shooter at this time, we will conduct a thorough investigation of this tragedy and provide updates as they are available.

Another gun-free zone shooting. Go figure.

What could possibly go wrong with the Obama administration importing a hundred thousand Muslims a year into the USA? And scattering them around the country into the heartland must be a good thing, right?

[…] And when will we, as a nation learn that a sign does nothing to stop someone who is willing to break laws? ESPECIALLY terrorists. And no, shockingly, this was not a Methodist terrorist […]

I’m glad the shooter didn’t damage the “no guns allowed” sign. They would’ve had to buy another.

You’d think some genius somewhere would figure out virtually every attack is Wahabbi and keep these people out.

    Busy day for the media!

They have to switch from not talking about Planned Parenthood’s organ harvesting to not talking about Muslim murderers.

There are two kinds of Muslims in the world: Those who support terrorism, and those who don’t have the slightest goddamned idea what their religion is all about.

    1. Terrorists

    3. Terrorism fans
    4. Terrorism non-critics
    5. Heretics

They’re having a major case of the vapors down at the NYT.

O/T: Here’s another article I wrote. It’s long, but if you get a chance to check it out, I’d welcome feedback. But not on the length, my daughter scolded me adequately about that already. I can blackmail her though. I have a picture of her at 2 when she came out of her room wearing only a pink tutu and a Santa hat. She hates it when I coo over it and call it cute. But since I don’t have any photos of you in a tutu, you are free to say anything.

By the way, this is the computer age! If you can’t find a picture of me in a pink tutu, then…

    2.) You don’t have Photoshop.

“The case is being investigated as —>possible<— ‘domestic terrorism’…”

    WTF? Seriously. WTF???
And the FBI is investigating? Not DHS, but then, what have those pukes done for us lately? Or come to think of it, ever?

Would’ve been something if the shooter had been Iranian, though. Then again, had that been the case, he would’ve just nuked Chattanooga.

Hmmm…I suppose I could make a Photoshop of Harpo Marx in a tutu and use it for a proxy. Who would know the difference? ‘Cause, you know, probably at least 60% of the population wouldn’t recognize any of the non-Groucho Marx brothers anyway.

Then it’d be funny if your wife said, “Honey? Did you tweet a picture of yourself in a pink tutu? Your boss is asking.”

Maybe I could hack your disqus profile page, too.

When something like this takes place ONE MILE from your own home, it takes a long time to sink in. Our fair city has been very quiet tonight. It feels like we’re suffocating in some kind of poison. It’s a very oppressive feeling. I can’t really explain it.

You make me think of the movie “Bert Rigby, You’re a Fool,” wherein a marketing firm does a survey of American youth which makes Bruno Kirby shout, “They never heard of Buster Keaton!!!”

Islamic State Tweeted Warning Ahead of#Chattanooga Terror Attack: ‘O American Dogs!’

Think about this for a minute: “ISIS-affiliated Twitter accounts” What the Hell?

A few “social justice warriors” can whine that a conservative or Christian is being “mean” and a “hater” (*) and Twitter will shut-down or suspend the “hater’s” account. But, “ISIS-affiliated Twitter accounts”? Oh, that’s just fine.

Our leftists are wicked — they are *worse* than the Moslems.

    ?
(*) which means: “telling the truth” or “refusing to go along with [my] leftist lies”

  33. Ilion

“We” in the sense of “not me and (presumably not) you, but rather those other guys over there who like the promise of ‘free stuff’ paid for by ‘other people’ and who refuse to think-through what is implied by ‘fundamentally transform America'”

  34. Ilion

What? You’re expecting sanity from “liberals”? “Liberals” think only the thoughts that leftists approve them to think.

A Moslem is a good man to the degree that he is a bad Moslem, and a bad Moslem to the degree that he is a good man.

And you can never predict when a bad Moslem will “get religion” and decide to be a good Moslem.

    ===
Isn’t it odd — when a nominal Christian decides to get serious about his religion, be becomes a better man, but when a nominal Moslem decides to get serious about *his* religion, be becomes a worse man.

I did see this morning that the Muslim community of Chattanooga has unconditionally condemned the attack, which is a slight positive sign. I don’t recall that happening with previous attacks.

“They” might have condemned the attack, whomever the “they” is who purports to speak for all of them, but it’s a bit difficult to believe that Mr Abdulaziz was so closed-mouthed about his radicalization that none of his friends or acquaintances had the first clue that, hey, this dude might be a real danger. Why didn’t a single soul in the Muslim community of Chattanooga, which unconditionally condemn his attack, say a word to anybody who could have stopped this?

At least a couple of people in that community enabled his attack.

Here in Austfailia our state run media has chosen to go with calling this a spree shooting caused by too many guns in America. They honestly reported not a word about Jihad but at least gave out the blokes name.

Even when they report on factual events they find a way of spinning an untruth.

Oh and apparently an academic has stated that “extreme right wingers” (read- those who dont think importing a fresh vote-herd of Muslims into the country is a good idea) are a bigger threat than ISIS or jihadis. This is also worth prime time news reporting.

Our center-Left main party now has politicians whos seats depend on servicing the wants of freshly imported Islamic types. This will not end well.

Heres a real quote, the same bloke has also accused Israelis of poisoning Palestinian water.

“…For those who are political advocates within Palestine itself, I will never know the bravery that comes with putting your life on the line and at risk, in engaging in politics in different ways…”

If no one issues a fatwa against them, then they’re just practicing muruna and violating the prohibition against criticizing fellow Muslims in order to fit in where they feel insecure. They literally cannot be trusted.
