Anna O’Brien (@glitterandlazers on Instagram) is a 330-pound lesbian who, among other things, made headlines last year by posing in a bikini in Times Square and then complaining that men “sexualized” her. (Because she hates all men, being “sexualized” by them is a bad thing.)

Why would Gillette feature her on their Twitter feed, where the negative comments-to-likes ratio was so phenomenal? Recall that earlier this year, Gillette sparked controversy with an advertisement that used the accusation of “toxic masculinity” to insult men. It turned out the company had hired a feminist agency headed by an outspoken left-wing anti-Trumper, and the CEO of Gillette’s parent company, Proctor & Gamble, defended the ad by saying, “It started a conversation.”

Evidently, the people in the executive suites at major corporations have decided that pandering to the “social justice” mob is the smart thing to do in the Trump age. Better to insult males and associate your brand with 300-pound lesbians than to be suspected of GOP sympathies. It’s like NFL players engaging in anti-patriotic protests — Gillette has ceased to be about selling razors and is now about radical politics. Expressing their contempt toward ordinary Americans is more important to them than anything else, including profits. #GetWokeGoBroke.
