And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

It’s one thing to make mistakes. It’s quite another to set oneself up as a leader, and then proceed to teach others falsely.
Lord, have mercy on Mayor Pete. Give him an epiphany where he can see what he needs to see, and do that which is proper.
