FMJRA 2.0: The Hits Just Keep On Coming

It was another good week to be a Senators fan. We took two out of three from the Red Sox at RFK and then did the same to the O’s, so that we ended the week 4-2 and tied with Pete’s Brewers for third at 21-27, five games behind the division-leading Red Sox and 3.5 games behind the Twins. The hitters are finally hitting with some consistency, the pitching staff is doing better at not getting into jams, and despite having the infield chewed up by the Redskins, our defense is improving as well. Speaking of the Twins, we’ll host them next Friday after the Bravos come to town. Two tough teams; we’ll see how we do.
