I Am No Matchmaker

However, with no fear of exceeding the realm of good taste, I would like to recommend that Kesha Rogers and Alvin Greene should do lunch.

Kesha can help Alvin get something more substantial than, you know, Wikipedia, going for the campaign. It’s going to be a tough slog, going after Ol’ Julep DeMint, and he really needs to get crackin’.

Should romance flower, the couple could enjoy a truly rockin’ Congress. I say this as a poor, bald soul with bad eyes, running to pear-shaped; a pitiful candidate for marriage, indeed. In other words, this post is not merely teasing for its own sake. We should be able to wish good fortune on all, even those with whom we disagree.

Slightly less charitable about the good Alvin Greene, while retaining good decorum, was Wesley Williams, J.D. The clip purports to be out-takes from the Kieth Olbermann interview.

    Awesome idea.

    It’s a match made in Heaven. When Greene starts espousing the Larouche party line?

    But it’s only Republicans who have problems with “out of the mainstream” Candidates, right?

    So these folks must be some kind of Rovian plants, who are intended to create dissension in the ranks. It’s all because of the evil Boooosh regime! The Republicans did it.

    (FWIW, I’d vote for a Larouchite over a straight Democrat. They’re crazy, but they are far more my kind of crazy than the Democrats are proving to be!)

    I remember seeing LaRouche supporters in the airports way back in the early 1980’s. “More Nukes, less Kooks!”

    I may not be down with their definition of “kooks”, but I like the “more Nukes” part.

    Dadgumit! This is fun. I’m just depressed that the MFM doesn’t report on it the way they do on supposed “Republican” divisions.

    @JakeG,
    We certainly are married, but not to each other.

    This is too funny. I would have to say that you may make a good matchmaker, because they seem perfect for each other. She wants to colonize Mars and he sounds like he is from Mars.
