He was the Nazi in Inglourious Basterds who was so evil that he didn’t need a James Earl Jones voice, and could make ordering a glass of milk into a sinister act. Sure, we’re talking some garden variety mayhem here, but he brings such a flair to the task that I truly think he could salvage ObamaCare, given the opportunity.
